“If anyone is looking for best customer service, go to them. Undoubtedly the best team and support. It was the first time I was renting a 5 ton truck and UB (guy who helped me with the entire booking) is nothing but amazing, helpful, and a gem of a person. I was confused and had so many questions. He was extremely supportive and walked me through each step. Whether I needed help with extending my rental duration or logistics support, he answered the call every single time with the same patience, empathy to my situation and genuine care.

“Good storage facility. Lots of room for storing a camper also with storage lockers. The facility isn't fenced and security is at a minimum so anyone can walk in at all hours. I suppose that is why it is inexpensive to park an RV. In the many years I rented here I never had any of my trailers or equipment tampered with.Previous management and I had 24 hour access agreement. New management wouldn't honor my original agreement and started accusing me and threatened to have me Trespassed, after 2 + years of renting from them. So I moved back to where I originally had storage. That's just a heads up. If you are just a need daytime only access person it will be perfect for you.”

“Honestly amazing. I am leaving the state to go to medical school, and my girlfriend's dad had a medical emergency while driving our rental truck (he's now safe and getting the care he needs). He was the only insured driver for the truck. Staying with him in the hospital also took us off our timeline, probably putting us over 8 days. We were really scared of the logistics of transferring insurance and getting a new rental length, and to be honest I thought they were going to make us drive uninsured against a narrow timeline or re-rent entirely. After I explained my situation to them, instead they made sure to solve the problem for us. They re-rented our truck to us at no cost, refunding our first purchase while both restarting our 8 day timer and changing insured drivers.

In a market where most people want to take you for every cent you're worth, they went the extra mile (ha) to help us at the cost of their own time. They made a terrible situation much more manageable, and now I can focus helping my girlfriends family recover and on getting to school on time. I can't really thank them enough for taking this extra burden off our shoulders. Please give them your business!”

“Location great - Yes, there is a good amount of gravel / dirt area outside the U-Haul compound to park your vehicle safely, off the road. That was a relief. I did not need to bring another driver, didn't need to get dropped off.
Van - was almost brand new. Very easy to drive. Good mirrors, and back-up camera on the rear-view mirror also.
I registered online, 3-4 days in advance. (It's good to have an online account set up in advance, including your payment details.)
On morning of renting the van, it took less than 10 minutes in the U-Haul office. Staff were excellent.
When I returned the van, another staff member directed me where to park, and with her electronic gadget, the rental closure was completed, and my credit card charged, in less than 5 minutes. Including her showing me the data, and explaining all charges.
Now that I know how simple, inexpensive, and convenient this was for an in-town move / self-delivery, I will be using U-Haul vans again.”
