Amazon orders can't deliver successful since they refused delivery.

They told Amazon that they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have the access code.. I don’t even have a gate. How is a place that operates this way still in business? If you can’t do your job (delivering packages) it may be time for a career change or retirement. Thanks.
