Showers were cold upwards of 2 weeks. This extended to approximately 50 other guests in the inn. The cold experienced was not simply room temperature or chilly, but an aggressive kind which felt colder than ice. CE personnel reportedly attempted to resolve the issue but were unsuccessful after it was known for over one duty week. Front desk personnel were considerate to the plight of their guests and referred us to the building manager. Upon hearing about the issue, the manager stated the water was up to standards. Due to these "acceptable" conditions, full room rate was still applied.Had this hotel been any other outside of base, they would have attempted to expedite the repair process as the current conditions are substandard elsewhere. Substandard conditions are often detrimental in the lodging industry and those businesses that do not meet industry standards often do not survive. However, it seems that the monopoly that this business has on TDY personnel has driven management to a state of complacency. To reiterate, the staff has been nothing but understanding of the guest's issues and have done what they can to help; none of my qualms are with them. My concerns lie with those who believe that this is how you operate a business. Given the complacency and disregard of living conditions displayed by building management, I look in disgust at the business model that Air Force Inns portrays. If I am again traveling and am afforded the opportunity to stay at another one of their branches, I will avoid it to the upmost of my ability. After all, if Air Force Inns doesn't care about their guests, someone's got to.

Very helpful staff and clean lodging. I had forgotten a few clothing items in my room and my assistance with returning those items was outstanding!

(Translated by Google) I could feel the vast land different from Korea. The people are friendly, and the sky and sunset are pretty, and they rest well ^^(Original)한국과 다른 넓은 대지를 느낄수있었어요. 사람들은 친절하고 하늘과 노을이 이쁜곳 잘 쉬다갑니다 ^^

Rooms are $60/night, half that if you get a roommate. I was reimbursed for getting a roomie, then charged back for no reason. Still trying to fix it. Only reason I'm posting this is to warn people about the DFAC here. Its a scam how expensive it is. A full entree will usually be normal DFAC pricing of $2-3, but then a little dish of 4 little chicken tenders will be $5. Salads are $6. Subs are $6, thats the same price I'd pay at any sub shop. So keep an eye out. I lost money on this TDY, so go get some food at the grocery store if you want to save at lunch and breakfast. There is a mini BX attached with everything you'll need for training here.
