Steel Wheel Farm is a small, first-generation family farm focused on quality-driven and environmentally friendly practices. It is a working vegetable farm providing fresh, local, and organically-grown produce like tomatoes, potatoes, greens, and squash. The farm is closed to the public except by appointment or during its Pumpkin Days event in October. Produce can be purchased at several markets in Seattle and the Eastside. Visitors describe it as a great family place with a corn maze, tractors to play on, and excellent kettle corn. The farmers are noted as very courteous and friendly.
Pumpkins are the best we’ve seen in the region after a decade living in the area- highly recommend!! Fun and no frills, perfect for a family outing!
