We have been using audiophile/ewi cables and cases for about 10-12 years. Great quality. Great prices. We’ve never had any of our cables fail, and we own around 100 xlrs a 50 DMX, and 4 sets of their Dsub snakes for our drum, bass platforms. Highly recommend. Can’t speak to their customer service as I’ve never had to contact them.
