I had a terrible experience with One-Stop Towing. They towed my car from a residential area and charged an outrageous $800 for an hour. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone in need of towing services to steer clear of this company.

Last nite my grandson had car trouble right down the hill from our home. 1stop did me a solid. And may I add the driver was on his game!! Tons of gratitude to the 1stop crew. From the call to the drop of his vehicle nothing but respect for them. Thank you.

I think all tow companies are bottom-of-the-barrel bottom feeders and these guys haven't changed my mind but staff I interacted with weren't rude or dismissive which is really as much as you can expect from these companies. They did their job, I paid for it, life goes on and I hope we never meet again.

Unprofessional cheating buisness. There were 4 cars towed from my apartments and we were told 600$ and another person was told 497$ from the exact same place , mind you we came and got our car before the other person on the phone so how can there car tow be cheaper! ! We all know most tow places charge hourly on top of the initial cost..When we called initially the lady was rude cussed at us and hung up on us 3x..when someone's car gets towed they are already going thru so much not knowing what appointments or places we need to be and then to be talked to and treated like that is just insane how people run their buisness!

Discriminatory and Unprofessional
This place is an absolute joke! They charged my brother a ridiculous $518 (2hours) to get his car back after it was towed less than 8 miles—complete highway robbery. But what really made this experience disgusting was their blatant discrimination.
I drove my brother to pick up his car, and they refused to let me in, claiming only the registered owner was allowed inside. Fine. But minutes later, two older white men arrived, and they let them in without question. How does that make sense? The double standards and racist treatment were beyond obvious.
On top of that, their attitude was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional, treating us like we were begging instead of paying customers. This business is shady and unethical.

The day my moms car got towed she called and asked if she can pick it up but the person on the phone said "if you pick it up today its going to be $770(est.), but if you come pick it up the next day it will be $600(est.)", We came to pick up my mothers car and the man speaking to us on the phone while we're right outside the gate says the price is still $770.. shady place, shady, people, and they towed our car from a parking spot that wasn’t even owned by anybody.

$1000 to retrieve our towed car. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves.

Our car got towed away literally after 1 hour of standing on the guest spot. And the price is 700$ for just getting it out, plus tax and extra charge for using a card. I hope this place gets shut down because it is unbelievably expensive and stupid.

The gaint lady that waddles when she walks at the front desk is very disrespectful I asked for basic information on who I talk to to retrieve my vehicle and was met with a disrespectful conversation on how she can "shut this place down" when I asked her to speak to me respectfully I guess her position makes her feel empowered but she wouldn't be empowered enough to hit a tread mill
