This place keeps going downhill and now the diesel pumps barely work so it takes like 25 minutes to fill up your fuel tank and then it didnt turn off by itself kept pumping spilling fuel until I turned it off myself!

First time to this 76. As I was approaching the entry I saw a group of guys parked out front checking out a car that was parked in the front next to the disabled stall. I didn’t think anything of it. I went to pull on the door and it was locked. I looked for a sign but there was nothing. I assumed they were closed so I went back to the pump to pay. As I pumped gas I kept seeing people go to the door and same thing it was locked. The whole time the group of guys with the car were still in front. A few more minutes passed and then a guy went to open the door but he was visibly shaking the doors. This time 1 of the guys that was in the group of guys ran to the doors and unlocked them. I could not believe that the entire time I was there the attendant was just hanging out and couldn’t care less about the people trying to get in. No uniform just plain street clothes in front of his job. I definitely would never come back to this location thats just a horrible person with no customer service skills whatsoever.

I bought a $10 Powerball ticket from this gas station. I was supposed to get a free Voucher with it, but the cashier did not give it to me even though I asked him repeatedly. It's a free voucher if you spend $10 or more on a single Powerball ticket. So, I can submit it to Washington's Lottery in Olympia, WA.
Long story the cashier named Ahmad kept my entry ticket. No more buying stuff from this gas station besides putting the gas at the pump.
Another thing is that it does not print receipts at the pump so you have to go in every single time for the receipt, which is a bit annoying.

I like this 76 gas station because it's convenient and has excellent gas prices. It also has a brush-style carwash, but it works from time to time. If you prepay for the carwash, you might not get to wash your car right away because the carwash is shut down or not operational due to weather, etc.
Customer service, on the other hand, is always busy training new hires or on a break. The line isn't long, but the waiting is I couldn't get a copy of my receipt from the pump. I prepaid at the pump, and it says receipt printing, but it never prints. It does this all the time.
This Union 76 station has about 16 pumps and decent gas prices, and it's quick access to Freeways and Highways. You can get a good deal on 24 packs of water as well. There are also restrooms for customers to use.
The price on some items says one thing, but when you ring it, it says something else. It rings up more $.

This station is like most, it's got gas.Also has a carwash that is handy. Usually has towels and window cleaning equipment to use. No hand sanitizer.Needs some pressure washing to give it more curb appeal.

Definitely needs a health department inspection. The drink station is nasty and extremely dirty. Wouldn't be surprised if the ice Machine part is full of mold.

It's 3:30 in the morning, I am on my way back from my night job, needed gas so I thought I'd stop here. Made sense since it's RIGHT off of the freeway. I pump gas, and since I'm driving my work truck I need the receipt to turn in. Then the machine tells me that my receipt is inside. At first, the cashier was gone for quite a while. Then finally after he came back he tried telling me that I could not get my receipt. Then when I told him I NEEDED it, he told me I had to wait 10 more minutes in order to get it. I eventually got it. But man oh man! It's almost 4am after work, all I want is to get back and get home.

It's not fair that every time I come to this gas station it's closed from 5:30 to 6:30, even the cashier sees you and doesn't open the door, what the hell is going on here? They have to fix this problem as soon as possible!!! I have been coming to this gas station for more than 5 years and I have not had this type of problemS
