If I were able to give a lower rating, I would. I contacted the store cashier and explained that I didn't receive what I asked for. The cashier told me that he couldn't exchange it because I had already opened the package. I requested to speak with the manager and explained that I had specifically asked for a certain product, but I was given something else instead. Although I should have checked the product before leaving the store, I assumed that the sales clerk knew what they were doing. The product was $30, and after speaking with the manager, he explained that there was nothing he could do as it had been already opened and he couldn't return it to the manufacturer either. But I feel we both know he has the resources to do a refunds. So here we both are at a stand still and given the current economic conditions and the value of money, I'm sad to say I'm at the losing end and I was treated unfairly. I advise other customers to check their purchases carefully. Or just do shop here because I use to frequent this establishment often and when I get back to work at the hospital I will tell everyone I can of my experience here. ?

To: MBB N (a man that acts like a child infront of his children) you must be very out of touch. At 11:11pm you wanted to exchange your 100 dollar bill for 13 dollars worth of products. And for you to go to the internet to play victim is hilarious and goes to show how bad of an influence you are on the children you brought with you. Seek professional help and be nicer to your kids

It's July 2024 (way past the midway point of the year) and when you think you've met all the dummies this year has on display, wait till you meet one dude who calls himself Devin (a name-tagged ARCO employee who denieshis employeron the record).
After leaving Walmart, where I got a $100 cashback to purchase gasoline, I headed immediately to the ARCO to fill up my gas tank .... only to be denied service by an illiterate (Devin) who doesn't even know who his employer was.
'Devin the employee who doesn't know ARCO was his employer,' said that he couldn't accept my $100 banknote because it was late for me to be paying with such a huge amount.
The illiterate soon came up with another excuse .... that he was afraid of being robbed should other customers see his accepting a $100 note.
As a longtime customer of this business establishment, this imbecile (Devin) who I suspect is new there, wasted my time...
...it was embarrassing treating me in the presence of my sons as if I were some counterfeiters.
People, y'all be aware of this fool of a man....

Excellent Gas station there employees are amazing and the owner is awesome! They have always have wonderful customer Service and the employees work hard on keeping the store clean. Highly recommend for the awesome customer service and how clean they keep this gas station. This place has become our family at least that's how my family treats the employees and owner as they have always helped my kids when they came in for the shopping needs and have always helped us with any questions we have.
