“Best clay supply store I've ever visited (Washington, California, Hawaii). Best selection of cone 5-6 House Glazes (their brand) anywhere. Colors and fit on their clay tends to be very good. Great selection of materials. Best prices on most things, beating even sale prices at other places. Good selection of clays. Excellent customer service, I know potters who drive from Seattle to go here.
Never had problems parking. However, after 3:30 pm, it can be narly turning left onto Pioneer Way from their parking lot.”

The staff member “Sadiiq” helped me through the whole prototyping process and helped me realize I could actually achieve what I imagined. Which rubber to make a mold, which liquid plastic to use, he even pointed me in the direction of a local 3D Design House. And now years later I am launching our first model in retail stores! “My bevel glass windows that border my front door were broken in six places 15 years ago. I finally took them to Big M for repairs. I just installed them and could not be happier. The repairs are flawless, they were professionally cleaned. and the work was done on time. My only regret is it took me so long to find someone with the skill needed to do the work! Thank you Big M!”

“I absolutely loved going into this store, I went with my partner for her birthday and we left with such cool and unique items. 3 new paintings for our home, gold bracelets, and a ton of beads. I paid about $60 which is truly not that bad for all the things we got. Plus the vibe of the store also added to the experience, anything you can think of is probably in this store so go check it out!
