We recently visited AT&T to talk about our ongoing issues with slow internet, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Mariana, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping us or even listening to our concerns.
The way she spoke to us was completely unacceptable — especially for someone in a managerial position. It was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Based on this experience, we’ll definitely be switching to another provider.
When customers take the time to visit in person, they deserve respect and a willingness to help — we received neither.

Beau begrudginly helped me, tried to talk me out of buying a new phone. Got my old one working perfectly with the new SIM card. He was very condescending.

Just left the store. Went in because AT&T service has be awful in Kitsap County the last few months. Ken gave me great customer support even though it was a technical support problem that is out of his hands. Give that man a raise. He was everything you want from a customer service person in a industry like AT&T

The Reason huh... Reason is because that is the it was! What is your reason to question my INTEGRITY??? I WILL TELL YOU THIS I THING AT&T COMPANY IN WHOLE EXISTENCE IS DOWN RIGHT A SELFISH INCONSIDERATE CONGLOMERATE... We went into the store today to talk about a few things. Liz the store manager was very helpful and took her time to help us and answer all of our questions. Liz and Mariana went out of there way to help us cause my husband walked in last week and was frustrated regarding our bill. If we can give this store more than 5 stars we would in a heart beat. We are going to stick around with AT&t for a long time. We would highly recommend going with this carrier.

The staff named Mariana helped me so much with friendly attitude for adding an additional line on my current family plan even it was very close to store's closing hour. Great experience with awesome staff member.

Great AT&T store! Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. Mariana & Liz were the best!
Edited to add: Had to go back to the store today to turn my old phone and D was also awesome! This is the place to go!
