AWESOME care for all our pets: three dogs and an occasionally crabby cat. The docs at Banfield take excellent care of them, giving them outstanding routine care as well as high-level emergency care. My oldest dog is my service dog. She’s had some serious health issues. The docs at Banfield have provided her care that’s seen her through more than one dangerous illness, and calmed me down enough to stop panicking too. I can be pretty useless on their behalf, I’m afraid. Most recently Dr Sullivan saw her on very short notice to do a full work up and assure me that no, she was not suffering from Pancreatitis, Round Two, 36 hours before we left for vacation and left all the animals with a sitter. They trust the Banfield docs. They go in without complaint or apparent fear, including my Sam, who is afraid of EVERYTHING. They’re gentle, thoughtful and thorough. They listen to me and my husband and are never too busy to listen or already sure they know what’s going on so feel that listening isn’t necessary. They’re the best. And so, by the way, is their pet insurance program.

My cat, Toulouse and I, love Dr. Franzen! I have brought all of my pets to Banfield since the mid 2000s. The techs are always kind and put my sweet babies at ease right away. I have a new kitty, Bisous, and will be bringing her to visit Dr. Franzen as soon. The care she gives is phenomenal!! I really like the Wellness Plan, which saves me a lot of money. In 2014 I had to euthanize my first ever cat, Mr. Cookie Divine. I was devastated ?. Dr. Franzen and the staff were so compassionate throughout the whole process. They allowed me as much time as I needed to be with him. I don't think I could have gotten through it without the caring staff.Thank you!!

TWICE my dogs have been to this vet and TWICE testing came back "inconclusive", only for it to be cancer that killed them both a year apart. I brought my cat in and it was $600 for them to tell me I needed to feed my cat $80 calming food because why not? Turns out she's sick and they (again) found nothing during blood tests or check ups. Sick of this place having doctors that don't even pretend to care.

The stars I’m giving is for the nurse and the vet they treated my dog so good and they helped me answer my questions but I don’t give 5 stars for the people that were in the reception. They need to learn how to treat a customer better. They don’t even look at you to your face when your talking to them and while ur waiting for an answer they act like you don’t exist and and have a bad vocabulary, I just wanted to say this because if they were nicer at the register you would got 5 stars form everyone, I understand that everyone has bad days but we’re not responsible for ur actions.

Let me start this by saying I don't usually write reviews but they do need to work on their customer service! When we first got our dog I called to schedule an appointment so he could get the last of his shots. When the lady answered the phone was not even listening since I said: "I have a question do you guys take walk-ins or is it for appointment only?" She immediately said: "if you want a walking you need to go somewhere else we don't do that. And all I was trying to do was figure out the process. So I said well then I will schedule an appointment. And she was irritated sounding. Anyway when I was figuring my schedule and ask for some times she was like rude about it. Finally they gave a 3 week out appointment. I tried to ask ¿is it okay to wait that long for the shots? Again she answered very rudely 'that's the first available' ( I do understand this I actually work for customer service myself so I always try to be as nice as possible because I know there's nasty people out there) anyway.. today was supposed to be his appointment. My husband got there and their system was down (which is understandable is not their fault) And they couldn't reschedule at the moment. So then later on as I'm concerned since we don't know if the puppy will be over due the longer we wait he is only 2 months old. And we want to protect him. I decided to call another location and their customer service was a totally different experience.. I asked some questions and the lady was super nice and she has told me all the locations had the same system. Anyway I schedule this appointment and they got us in this week!!! I asked prices and she gave estimates. When I had asked at first the lady prices she rudely told me: I don't know what he needs so you will have to wait until the appointment. Anyways, they called me today around 10:30 to reschedule this appointment. When I told the lady that I already scheduled an appointment in another banfield location she immediately hung up the phone (I don't know if it was the same lady)
