Roman is very knowledgeable and honest. I needed a custom color ASAP and he jumped through hoops to make sure I got the cabinets I needed on time. The cabinets and vanities are all amazing quality. He made sure all of them were perfect upon pick up and had us inspect each of them to make sure we were happy. He also set us up with a stone guy who does amazing work. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the products. Very honest business operation and good people!! Would recommend to anyone.

The best quality we could get, and for a great price. It's so hard to buy any vanity in person, where you can see and evaluate it, without it being mdf/low quality. This was all solid wood and quartz, and beautiful.

This place is fantastic, and customer service is amazing. I asked questions on Facebook messenger and got an immediate response every time from Roman, even after my purchase when I had questions about how to attach the undermount sink. The price & quality is excellent! The price was so good that we drove up from Portland to get it. We even got to pick out the vanity top. Great place!

In-store selection is limited, but they can special order fairly quickly. Staff is very helpful.

We drove 30 miles each way,and paid bridge toll,just to find out they had NO bathroom faucets.NOT 1,and they advertised tons of them.They have lots of vanities,but most didn't have tops,very little kitchen faucets. Plus nothing had prices on it.

Amazing design & excellent craftsmanship. My products arrived promptly and was exactly what I ordered with all necessary parts and accessories. I will be ordering more for my future bath/kitchen remodels. Also I must say that the level of excellent customer service was astonishing & overall, the process from start to finish exceeded my expectations by a mile!!! This guy is awesome, all of the merchandise is top quality...best of the best. He's got a great selection of all different sizes and just about every color to match what you have in mind. And the best part I would have to say when it comes to prices, there is no match. When it comes to quality, you get what you pay for and that couldn't be more true at Bath & Kitchen Outlet.

Went into the outlet and was very impressed with the low prices on all of the merchandise. It was not hard finding a few things I can envision in my bathroom, adding some much needed class. Owner answered all my questions quickly and easily. Great experience!!
