First off customer service was đŻ the people that helped us was so polite, friendly, helpful.the battery fit like a glove on my 2011 cvo street glide and 200$ dollars cheaper than Harley, don't go to Harley for battery, and my battery came with 2 year warranty, Harley wanted 402$ for a damn battery with there 1 year warranty đĄ.

I received outstanding customer service. My online order was ready before I arrived at the store. They looked at the battery I was replacing and recommended a better battery for less money. The recommended battery is a perfect fit and my system is up and running. Well done! I'm a happy camper.

Big disappointment and negative experienceâŚ
Last year got a battery for my bike, payed $160+ with 2 years warranty. After 10 months bring dead battery back (was dying on my bike every 2-3 weeks) finally decided come back to the store and they said NO WARRANTY, because voltage is so lowâŚâŚ
People, be careful about that âwarrantyâ. Basically you buying overpriced product without warranty.
With that amount of $, I can buy 3 cheap battery, for sure will last longerâŚ
P.S. and I donât wanna hear ownerâs: âwe are so sorry about your bad experience, please, call us atâŚ.. â I see that you donât care about your reputation, you just care about your $âŚ.

Super disappointed. Bought a tv/marine battery for my dump trailer. Battery went dead after the first haul. I have had this trailer zero issues with the original battery. As a small business owner, hearing one of their employees tell me âyou damaged the batteryâ âit left our store workingâ. Makes me believe this company doesnât stand behind their warranty. Itâs cool, Iâll count my losses. But not before everyone on here knows about this bad experience. I called customer service, they said the district manager would give me a call. Has been 2 weeks and no calls or anything. Truly disappointed with yâall.

Made an insurance claim and appointment to repair my cracked phone screen for after Christmas. But on Christmas eve at 330, the screen went black. Called to see if they could repair my screen right away. They said if I could get it there by 4, they could do it. My little Christmas miracle! Thank you to the awesome manager at the Federal Way store for making my Christmas wish come true! đ

Had troubles with the fob on my older car. Eddie checked the fob and made if the signal was good. I told him I wanted a new fob anyway as a backup. He got one and said if it didn't work to bring it back. It didn't work, rechecked that fob battery was good-right at 3V, still had good signal output. Maybe it's my vehicle. Return went with zero problems.
In any case: thorough, professional, honest, and helpful. I'll be back when I need batteries or anything else.
(I didn't catch the name of the other gent but he was very helpful too.)

The team in this store are the best!!! They are friendly, professional, kind, respectful and they know their their stuff very well. I will highly recommend this business for all your electronic needs as I visited this business two times. The first one was to replace my car key fob, they did it in no time and at the most reasonable price. My second trip was to check on my wifes phone charging port, they fixed it in no time. These technicians are geniuses. I will surely visit again.

First time at one of these stores. PacHighway and 320th. Eddie, Eric and Brian were extremely helpful. I had gone to 2 other places around town and no one could tell me what kind of batteries these were or what number. They were knowledgeable, polite and had a fun since of humor. Definitely recommend them if you need good help finding what you need. Thanks guysâşď¸

There is a black dude that didn't know what he was doing so I had to wait the next day for the manager to fix my screen of the (glitching) so the manager fixed the glitching only for a period of time now it's worse SMH

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I TOOK MY ELDERLY DISABLED FRIEND DOWN HERE BECAUSE HE HAD PAYED TO HAVE NEW BATTERIES PUT INTO HIS MOBILITY SCOOTER AND THE YOUNG KID WHO DID IT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING HE PUT DIFFERENT SIZE BOLTS IN EACH ONE OF THE BATTERY TERMINALS THAT HOLD THE CABLE TO THE BATTERY ITSELF AND HE DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN PROPERLY HE CROSS THREADED EACH ONE OF THE BOLTS AND STRIPPED THE HOLES THAT THEY WENT IN AND AS A RESULT MY FRIEND WAS STRANDED ON A SIDEWALK DOWN TOWN WHEN HIS SCOOTER SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING, IMAGINE HOW AWFUL THAT WOULD BE FOR SOMEONE WHO CANT WALK TO BE HELPLESS AND BROKE DOWN WITH NO HELP. AND WHEN WE WENT BACK TODAY SOMEONE ELSE WAS WAS WORKING AND THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND WOULDN'T HELP EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RECEIPT AND PROOF OF THE POOR SERVICE AND THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BY THE TECHNICIAN, THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS WORKING WAS SO OUT OF LINE AND DISRESPECTFUL WE HAD TO CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THWY ARE DOING AND TREAT THE DISABLED ELDERLY HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.
