This BECU is amazing!!! Specifically an employee named Paula. She helped us despite the long wait time and accommodated us despite the fact that we were in a huge rush. She was kind, patient and humorous. Paula went above and beyond to help us get out the door in time for an important appointment and went over our options with us. Overall my experience was amazing, the service was amazing, and I'd recommend this BECU for all of your banking and personal financial needs!!! (PAULA UR THE GOAT š)

I went to this branch to do a simple thingā¦deposit the home insurance refund check to my escrow. The employee didnāt even know what I am talking about and after many phone calls to their colleagues they told me all good we will deposit the check to your escrow. What happened then? They withdrew double the amount without my permission and directed it to mortgage payments and my escrow remained short and had to pay more money for mortgage payment per month because of the mortgage shortage. 2 months later I am still suffering and getting with BECU resolution department to get it fixed.

One of the worst credit unions around. My wife has always had issues with them not taking cash for any Payments on loans. She went in and got the payoff amount for her car loan. But since they won't take cash or Check she had to write a check then deposit it in their ATM. Then they were supposed to use that to pay off the balance. But here a month later we get a notice that they applied the amount but are now saying that it did not pay off the full loan amount. So there is a late fee and $36 in Interest on a loan amount that was paid off. They customer service on the phone was completely useless and would not transfer to a Manager at all. They said they could mark the account for review and a manager would call in the next 3 to 4 days. Horrible Customer service and just downright horrible company to deal with.

Came in on October 7th to take care of some of my banking close to the end of the day. They were having some issues with the debit/credit card printer (BECU doesn't really handle cash or checks, so you need a credit/bank card at the ATM to do some transactions but can print you a card on the spot if you don't have yours). They had about a half dozen people waiting. The concierge at the front desk made sure to check in with everyone and let them know they were going to be helped shortly. When it was my turn they were able to help me get some checks printed as well as offer some advice on additional services they offer. Not pushy, just helpful. I'm happy that a bank with BECU, for the most part every branch I've been to has given me great service.

Big Red Flag / Zero Star
I will close my entire accounts with BECU!!!
No more TRUST.
I got a cashier check from a different bank to deposit to my becu account, and after half an hour in line, a lady who was supposed to help me said we need to verify the check to make sure we can deposit it. she called the other bank in front of me and verified the check after a 15-minute call ( I heard that the other bank verified it). Then she said they did not verify the check, I was like, what the h...??? How is it possible?????
Anyway, even their manager involved and all were playing with me and my time. I said I'm done, and goodbye BECU!! I went to Chase Bank, and they did the same procedure in less than a minute.
What a customer service.
Super disappointed!!!!
