I went in today 12/18/23 and spoke to Paola Pena. She very unprofessional and very rude, while I was explaining what I need, she start talking not understanding my needs, and when I told her that’s not what I need, I was very insulted when she ask me to write it down my concern, so that she can understand me better..what a racist, I believe I can speak english fluent enough to be understand! I don’t think customer service is a good fit for you. So very disappointed and disgusted with your service action.

The advertisement People over Profits.. should be removed from all advertising platforms. I have auto loan with BECU monthly loan payment is 287.00 per month. BECU interest rate takes almost half of the loan payment yp apply to interest. My last statement shows BECU took 106.00 dollars for interest.i plan to increase the loan payment each month pay this rip off loan off as soon as possible. I WILL NOT apply or accept another loan of any kind from BECU again. Why do these post not have negative stars? I gave one so I can post my disappointment In the credit union practice.

I was having trouble seeing my accounts online I was so stressed about it I had called first and didn’t get my problem solved I went to the Pavilions branch and Paola Pena got it all fixed for me. She was so kind and understanding She is an angel in my book

Worst customer service with Kellie H. We came in to close our accounts, as we no longer live in WA. She was very rude and slow! I don't mind that it is a process closing accounts, but at least say something! Anything! How can you work in customer service and not even be a little bit personable. She just stared at her computer, pushing buttons, not walking us through what she was doing or telling us she was almost done... I had to ask her after 45 minutes of silence "Are we almost done here?" And she says no. I'm like "okay, any idea how much longer?" She says "15-20 minutes". Needless to say, I'm glad we will never have to come back here. 10 years ago BECU was great! The customer service has gone down hill over the years.

I’ve been BECU member 3 years since I moved here in Seattle. It was okay from the beginning and now they’re are very unhelpful. They have taken away so much from my account and it took them forever to release my checks in my checking account on my paydays even on the weekends when my paychecks falls on the weekend, they don’t release it until the following week. Sucks! I would prefer other credit banking to build my credits. Not BECU

The ATMs often don’t work and spit back money when depositing. We can no longer use the ATMs in the entrance essentially anytime we are not working, so be prepared to wait in a long line if you need to do any banking.

This "member experience" process is completely ridiculous. They don't have tellers. You can't access your funds expect through the ATM. If you forget your card you have to wait 45 minutes to have a new card printed. The employee helping with this absurd process was very patient and handled it all with grace. She was excellent. Everything else about this banking structure is not convenient or helpful.

Just going to echo what the other customers are saying. Wanted to open an account today. Made a reservation online and still had to wait 35 mins. Don't have time for BECUs inability to manage customer needs. Ended up going next door to set up an account with US Bank instead.Follow up: Let me quote the title of the 2022 Horror/Sci-fi directed by Jordan Peele.....NOPE. Give you another chance to fail with your level of customer service. (or lack there of) Save your cookie cutter responses.

Have to say, I was not expecting the sensational service and assistance I received from Rebecca this morning. She was so knowledgeable, professional, warm, helpful and personable. I had no idea there were so many programs that could lighten my stress, solving not only the problems I presented, but those that could potentially arise. I am so grateful!

I've been with Boeing Employees Credit Union since 1980. Service has always been, and continues to be, the absolute best. They truly relay the feeling of a family owned financial institution. I've recently had some money issues and needed assistance with possible solutions. Andrew L. was the employee offering assistance and he offered the best service I've ever experienced. He patiently explained several options and guided me through all steps for each option. If anyone is looking for financial solutions, visit BECU, or better yet join.

Been a customer for 20 years ,can't get an increase on debt card of 200.00 to pay my lease ,every month I need to go in or call and wait for an ungodly amount of time every month it's ridiculous.Can't get a loan for any amount ,Customer service is horrible
