After being in business with these people for 10 years and having numerous account all good business, they refuse to help me even though I didn’t even need it so I am ending our relationship and taking it over to Navy Federal or maybe even Chase probably both these people is not loyal. I wish they was able to do more for me, but it’s just wasn’t in there. System to work with me unfortunately they’re missing a great opportunity.

Special shoutout to Elisibeth for excepcional service! I came in today with my mom with a multitud of questions and she was very kind and patient and helpful. She went above and beyond to give us advice on banking and even advice on my moms phone troubles with pop ups to help avoid further fraud! 10/10 would recommend! Also the person working the check in counter was very nice :)

You used to be able to deposit a check on Saturday or after hours but now it’s the same hours as the lobby. Super lame. What’s the point then?

I went over everything with the guy let him know I was cashing a check I sat there for 40 minutes and then after I sat there they told me they cannot cash my BECU check

Diana Wanjiru helped me with my banking it was a mess and she helped me straighten it out it’s like a heavy burden is lifted and she also referred me to more help I’m so grateful for her help!

My debit card was permanently blocked, so I rushed here after work hoping to get a replacement and the woman at the front desk was able to get my new card within 5 minutes so a big thanks to her, I wish I'd caught her name!

I rarely go into any BECU branch but when I do, I'm always pleased. I don't recall her name but a lovely gal helped me with a cashier's check today. Smooth and pleasant transaction! AAA+++

My sister and I were in the process of finalizing her vehicle purchase when we faced some complications with the loan approval process. After unsuccessfully attempting to resolve the issue over the customer service line, we decided to go into the nearest BECU, here in Federal Way. We were met by a consultant named Diana who went above and beyond to help us, she was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She gave my sister particularly useful advice relating to her situation, and after walking us through how exactly to improve the situation, she helped us do exactly that. While the representative on the phone call made it seem like there was nothing that could be done to remedy the situation, Diana found a way to help us. We are extremely appreciative of her expertise and genuine kindness. Thank you so much, Diana!

I only used the cash machine inside a Fred Meyer store outside of regular BECU hours, but I felt safe, and it was clean and nice.

I went as a result of my BECU Visa card being compromised and Diana was the representative that helped me. I can’t say enough about her attention she put into helping me go through the steps necessary to protect my card from hacking in the future with extra security on my accounts etc. She spent time making sure I understood the different options available to me. She displayed a extremely professional attitude while helping me. If you’re lucky enough to get her as the representative helping you, you scored big time. Thank you Diana for all you do for me to remedy my situation.
