Make sure you ask for a receipt or else they will double charge you bc some how the system didn’t capture my payment after checking in, yet, my bank says otherwise. Also if you want to do a late checkout make sure they write it down. I was told I could leave at 2 but ended up receiving a call that I had to leave now and the excuse used was lame

I was only there for a visit with my friends, but I was greeted so politely. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were beautiful. Need I have to go to a hotel in that area, I could go the hotel and know that I'd not be disappointed. I left late at night and had a wonderful send off from the front desk.

Great location, close to everything, and easy to get the down town Seattle. Absolutely AMAZING rooms, they were very clean and nice! The staff was also so friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a very wonderful stay💕

Fantastic work staff . I needed a place to stay for one night . I got a fantastic big room with no problems at all . The Morning breakfast was fantastic. Thank you all so much on a last minute check in .

A nice and cozy hotel. On a clear day, you can see Mount Rainier in the distance which makes for a great view out of your room if you’re on that side of the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of option, both pancakes and waffles, eggs, bacon and/or sausage, fruit. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
The surrounding area isn’t the best, but you’ll be close to the Commons and a multitude of restaurants. Located conveniently between Tacoma and Seattle, especially nice to be near the Transit center.

New hotel with excellent rooms, very comfortable bed and lovely shower.
I enjoyed it thoroughly. Also it is quite close to the airport. Highly recommended.
Oh, ask for the high floors with rooms with odd numbers. You'll be able to see Mount Rainier

been staying here so far for 3 months for work, the GM Juliana and front desk kali does a great job! very accommodating and understanding to suite your needs ad explains everything with great detail I highly recommend staying here very home feeling and relax place

From the moment I walked into this facility, I felt welcomed and safe. The nicely, nestled location near all the shopping you can possibly need and cold stone ice cream 😻 To the most spacious rooms, the most comfortable beds and then to wake up to a very full buffet style breakfast. Staff is great! Clean rooms and awesome heated pool. I will definitely stay here again. This is my spot for visiting family in the area 100% recommend.
Rooms: Clean and spacious with comfy beds
Nearby activities: Theater and bowling alley close by!
Safety: Dead end road leads to very little traffic and the staff is always very attentive and on watch.
Walkability: Pretty much anything you need across the street

Very nice place clean inviting. large rooms.free breakfast or use what's supplied in room to cook..great place .worth the cost.
