Fire alarm is going off every 5 minutes and disabled customers are sitting crying from the stress of the situation and the staff does nothing just says sorry we are not allowed to close.

Advertises childcare but they never staff it. I've been a member for months and they just say "we don't have anyone working in that position, sorry still no childcare" Also, they've just closed for an entire week. Their pool hours are very minimal (12pm-4pm) Not impressed so far.

We went to sign up and they said they don't do childcare anymore because not enough people were interested. Fyi for any other parents

Shady, Shady, Shady. They will not answer voicemails or emails that are left. They have policies in place that are not published, and when you push them on it, they backtrack. There are signs all over the men's locker room banning cell phone use and warning against taking photos that leave me wondering what is going on. I will say, the pool was clean, but the people made it a place I really have no desire to return.

This was the only place we found for indoor pool. $8 for adults entry fee. Kids under 2 are free. Entry fee is only $8 so don't expect too much. It's not a big water theme park, you would be paying $30+ instead. I believe this place also has a gym, basketball court, etc... not sure of the prices on those. Didn't know we needed a locker to keep our stuff in there. You can bring your own lock or purchase one from them for $6(code lock) or $8(key lock). You get to keep the lock. My son is only 18 months so I'm okay with taking him here. For older kids/teens, I suggest going to a bigger water park.
