Waiting to close an account at the branch today I was thoroughly impressed as the Branch Manager Mariana was busy, pulling people for the teller line to help them with deposits, or showing them how to use the ATM to complete transactions to lessen their wait times in line. She is amazing. Treating every customer with respect, old and young and non-english speaking as well. She is efficient and kind and all around great manager! Thank you Mariana!

No banker for the 12 desk they got set up... what's the point. Had some issues with fraud on my card and they said they couldn't help but I needed to give customer service a call. Switching to a different bank after this BS.

Not a single banker in the entire bank, 12 desks with not one person there. One teller and no one to help with opening an account. How do you gain business? Go down the street to any other bank, they'll gladly accept your money.

I cannot believe how terrible the customer service is at Federal Way, Wells Fargo Bank. I walked in at 12:35 & waited until 1:05 PM with no one offering assistance. Finally I approached Rena who was returning from lunch regarding when I could perform my transaction that did not involve the tellers. She told me I had to wait till 4 PM. Absolutely amazing! Talk about crappy service. She justified the piss poor customer service by saying everyone is shorthanded.She should have gotten off her high horse and pitched in.While I do not condone it, I now understand why individuals return to exact violent acts when they are treated so poorly.

On our second appointment. After an hour and 15 min wait. We were told they booked the wrong type of appointment and we would have to reschedule. The manager doesn't care and is not trying to accommodate our needs at all. 40 years a customer and zero help. Two days taken off of work. 5 hours in the bank and no closer to getting done than the first time we made an appointment two weeks ago. Waiting to get my 3rd appointment scheduled

Oops, sorry, this review is supposed to be for the Federal Way wells fargo on 320th.The rate of service at this Wells Fargo is really slow. Unfortunately, because of its location sometimes I have to go to this particular Wells Fargo. So it is a waste of my time when it's quite often at least 20 minutes until someone helps me.The other day, I was second in line in the drive-thru, and it still took them 20 minutes to get to me.Please, staff up!
