I filled my 990 on my own accord.. being you're actions are within the constichuates of terrorist acts and crimes against humanity.. you're licences are revoked and will be charged a fine of 98% of all holding and ile keep the 2% that was in the contract for you to get .. instead for political contributions ...I learned from the best ...huh...huh?. I have gone to Debra Leingang in Federal Way for the past 2 years now and I really have to say she is such a disappointment. She does not explain anything and expects you to know what certain charges are and why. I recently bought a home and wanted to meet with her directly (instead of dropping off my ppwk) to discuss how buying a home affects my taxes. Debra acted like she was too busy and rushed to explain anything to me. Also the way she talks down to customers is absurd. Paid them $190 to do my taxes when I could have done then way better myself. I will not be coming back here. Debra is terrible.

Dawn really went out of her way to help me understand what was going on with my Tier I & Tier II train tax. She had a lot of helpful advice and was incredibly easy to work with. I look forward to working with her next year.

The staff was very nice and helpful. That is the only reason that im giving a 2 star review. When you book the appointment on the website, opposite of what they claim, the pricing is not transparent AT ALL!!!! Expected to pay 80$. Final price came out 5-6x that.

When this accounting firm was operated by Don Blackner and Sanchez, they were amazing and I was a customer for years.Unfortunately, Don retired about 2 years ago and sold his business to a HR Block subsidiary (The people that do your taxes at Walmart)Quality seriously went down hill and I found some mistakes on my return when going through them. Also, their tax prep time took almost a month for a simple return. I would recommend using another more well established accounting firm for timely AND correct returns.

I wished we could have discussed the final tax return results because I had some questions and there was no estimated payment info/envelopes included. Also....it took a long time to complete, and only after I called was it completed by the next day.
