I went one day before, got French tip and got charged over 75. They did not come out as i desired. They go upwards and I told them and they were un even sizing, I went back the next day and they “fixed it” without even fixing nothing. They were rude about the situation and overall over going there and will find another place to go to. Attitudes are horrible as well as work. I will not be paying this much for such a simple set. Nothing is even not even the French tip it’s self. They don’t take their time and will rush and still mess up. Never again.

My wife came in for a pedicure on a Saturday late morning. There were several open chairs and they were not busy. They did get her in quick enough, but the results are less than desirable. The tech rushed through her pedicure without the normal foot scrubing and cleaning up the cuticle area. She applied the polish where there is excess polish at the bottom of her nails. The nails weren't cut straight, the cuticls look like they weren't evens touched. On top of the poor outcome they charged her $45 for the pedicure and $15 for gel polish when in May it was $10 for gel. I will be looking for anther place for my next pedicure!!

I didn’t like the design and asked for it to be changed and the person doing my nails walked away. They still charged me full price for the service even after telling me they couldn’t change it.

This nail salon and their nail techs are by far the best my man(mani and pedi cleaned up his ruffed up man nails lol and best massages with those services) and best full set Gel Nails and deluxe pedi. All the nail techs that works on us are top notch, Sophea- gel full set, assist from Manager Tsay(she's amazing), Daisy for my pedi(helped, remove several of my extremely painful ingrown other salons couldn't!) And Vivia did his. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THEM!! WORTH THE 30 min drive and day!

They over charge us didn't know you have pay for the polish separate when you get a pedicure it's nonsense like really I never paid so much to do mani and pedi in my life, I won't be going back here NEVER!!!!!

I’ve been going here for over a year, I literally love this place. Vivian is my favorite!❤️ She helped me grow my nails out, first 3 are acrylics and bottom 3 are my real nails! I have way more photos it’s just too many.

Please do not go here! They do not like African American customers, she was rude and unwelcoming the moment I walked in! Spend your money with people who want you there and care about your service not your skin color. Please go across the street to XO Nail Studio & they will take care of you!

Came here before and loved how Levo did my nails and came back felt so rushed and sloppy, the nail lady cut me 3 times twice on the same finger and still joked about it saying “atleast it was the same finger”… originally wanted a short cute pink color deep French set and had to settle for a pale pink solid color because it felt rushed to pick one and was not liking how they were turning out. Charged me $75 for a removal and solid color. Was looking around and everything was dirty and saw a UV lamp on top of a trash can ? Chop shop forsure!

I asked for a gel manicure and I got a powder with no gel even when told I did not want powder. She did not clean up my cuticles or underneath my nails. I had a clear image of exactly what I wanted. I'm very disappointed since I just got a French tip with a little flower design with swiggles and little sparkle dots. I had to pay $60 the last photo is what I had before and showed her exactly how I wanted it. If she could not do it she should of told me she didn't have the skills.

I went in today to get a pedicure for my upcoming trip tomorrow I got the deluxe pedicure with shellac I paid $65 with tip and a couple hours later the shellac on my little finger fell off I love the service and everything else but for the price I expect for the nail polish or shellac to last a little longer the downside is I can’t come tomorrow to get this fixed because I leave for the airport at 4:00 am kind of disappointed.
