“I woke up with anxiety at about 5 AM and submitted an appointment request. In my groggy state I made a bunch of mistakes on my request, but Natasha kindly reached out and confirmed everything with me. She gathered some references on what I was seeking in a dress so they could prepare for my visit. They were even okay with some very last minute changes.The shop is stunningly beautiful and the dresses even more so. They set aside dresses they felt fit what I was seeking and my first choice off that rack turned out to be the one I felt suited me most. It was so nice having my heart feel something when I put on the dress, I felt so beautiful. The staff (Tanya and Donna I believe are their names) are so so so so so kind, thoughtful, and sweet. They were so incredibly helpful and understanding.I clearly had a lot of concern about the dress arriving on time, but they were very good at reassuring it should be on time before my wedding this upcoming June. I think the fact that they were more hands-on during the processing really helped me. The other shop I went to was more letting me do the choosing and it was sort of overwhelming. The dress and veil I purchased were shockingly affordable and they offered a discount to me. I spent a little less than $5,000 total which was within my budget and they were very good at verifying my choice fit within it.I'm so glad I went with this boutique and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. This was a great experience from start to finish.”

And let me tell you, Kay knows her stuff! I was hesitant because my budget is a little tight, but every dress Kay showed me was gorgeous and within what I had shared with her. She was clear, kind, easy to communicate with, and worked with the constraints I had in terms of budget. Everything was delivered on schedule, exactly the way she had communicated during our first consultations, and how I had envisioned the lehenga to be designed. “The lady and man that run this shop are so sweet, helpful and very professional. They helped me find a flower girl dress for my niece and the service the lady brings to customers is absolutely beautiful. My niece is a big girl for her age and when we went to shops in Tacoma, workers would emphasize that verbally in front of my niece which made her feel uncomfortable and was completely degrading. The owner or lady who works at Murasaki made my niece feel like an absolute princess and my niece lit up after the she laced up the dress and complimented her. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Their dresses are reasonably priced and their service is just top notch. Their shop is always very neat and organized. Dressing rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will forever be a customer here solely because of their service. Very professional and polite owners.”
