This location has terrible customer service if you are a merchant. They will refuse basic merchant service like bundling your your bills that you get for change, or flat out refusing to get you change. They will pick and choose what policies they want to follow. There are some nice tellers they have employed but by far Lisa provides the worst customer service. It's to the point where I'm in the process of convincing my company to bank elsewhere where they treat merchants like customers!

Ai Kim mendoza did a fantastic job handelng my questions, comments and concerns. She helped me open a business account and update a different business account. Also handled my objections very well. I will be using her again as she left a very professional impression with me. I highly recommend her and this branch.

I came into this branch, as I do periodically. And I had a bunch of overdraft fees on my account I asked that They stop my card from having the overdraft system, A bank teller told me That I will no longer have the overdraft system. So I kept sliding my card as I usually do, until I went to the bank checked my account and realized I was negative in the hundreds. And even though they promised me it was taken care of I still had to pay all of these fees. Which is unacceptable, that I will no longer have the overdraft system. So I kept sliding my card as I usually do, until I went to the bank checked my account and realized I was negative in the hundreds. And even though they promised me it was taken care of I still had to pay all of these fees. Which is unacceptable!! One teller Even laughed at me once because I didn't write down the correct decimals when I was doing a check deposit. Since when is it acceptable to be this disrespectful to a customer who has a business account and his been banking with Chase for years?

I have been a customer of another bank for over 25 years and became dissatisfied. I needed another bank and JP Morgan Chase is the largest back in the US by assets. The nearby branch on Pacific Highway at 320th was convenient. We arrived in the early afternoon, about 1:30PM to open a new checking and savings account based on an offer of $350 to open both accounts. We were greeted like long lost relatives and within 5 minutes were working with Ashley Kapur. We had a complex financial situation and we spent about 2.5 hours opening new accounts, getting debit cards, starter checks, etc. We were offered coffee and Manual Maldonado, the Branch Manager, stopped by to introduce himself and see if our needs were being met. He came back later to be sure things were going smoothly. Ashley was experienced, thoughtful and somehow managed to do all her work while simultaneously engaging us in conversation. It remains to be seen how the banking services will be but the initial customer service impression was as good as it gets.

I have never in my life filed a complaint over the phone, moreover wrote a bad review about a company before, but this branch needs some serious customer service training. As soon as I walk in, no one looks at me, or say any type of greeting whatsoever, treating me as if I am not there. Little dazzled, but assuming they were busy, I walk up to the teller, say hi, guess what? She is chit chatting with another teller, and completely ignoring me RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. I stared at her about 3 seconds to see if she will respond, but no, the chitchat with a coworker is a higher priority of course. I was so shocked, didn't know what to do but to just walk out of there. And that is the last time I'm gonna set a foot in chase bank. I'm not saying I'm super important or have to be treated like a king, but I expected to be treated like a human being; not an object taking up a space. And that's exactly how every. single. person in that branch made me feel. I don't know if any other locations have very poor customer service like here, but this has got to be a record breaking in bad customer service. Just wow.

Was assisted my Lisa today. I came for a withdrawal and also needed a replacement for my missing debit card. She told me that I could request it there and it would take 3 to 5 business days, or she said I could go to a nearby branch to get a instant replacement issued today. I appreciated the service and the information. This branch busy but the tellers are great.

Every time I come here there's always two tellers that are so rude. The only reason I go here is because there is and older lady that's so nice and really does help. Other then that this place sucks the one in Fred Meyers is better but sadly there closing.
