They told us to wait 10 minutes and they would do our transaction, we waited and they said you can come and make an appointment online. Why do you keep waiting and don't tell me first? Don't waste our time.

Poor customer service. Elderly parents needed to take care of some business told to come in anytime to do transaction. We arrived at 4:25 having taken off work to make it in time. Told that we couldn’t be helped because they ere closing at 5 and to come back tomorrow. Got run around about making appointments etc. A bunch of hassle, these banks have your money and make it impossible to access and make it very inconvenient for vulnerable adults to take care of this business. Shame on this branch.

The turnover at this bank is very high so my guess is that the problem comes from the top. It's low pay and lack of training. There's not much emphasis on customer service. I don't blame people for not wanting to work here. All they see is unhappy customers every day and they really can't do anything about it.

Becautious with teller name Z.She trying to give all the money with $20 bill with rude attitude and ask customer to apologize for request $100 bill.And make customer embarrassed.She does not even have name tag on her.

Twice in one month I'm being told to call a number because the ATM isn't acknowledging my deposit. No! I give you my money. You aren't doing me any favors. I'm sick of this. Can't deposit at this bank without issues at all. Get ready for the system to crash soon.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. The operator instructs you to go to the website for everything including opening a Bank account which will tell you when you're done filling out the information that they can't open a account for you. Oh and good luck making a appointment to meet with someone in person. Don't waste your time trying to be a part of this bank they give you the run around like they are purposely trying to turn down potential customers. What a joke.

Took over 45 minutes to see a teller, two women working the same counter, maybe open two tills, or even pull the host in the lobby to man a till instead of getting told be every customer they would actually prefer not to use the ATM in the lobby

Everything to do with the atm. Chase removed one of the atm and the second atm has always had issues. When will you fix the issue chase?

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive always been able to deposit the rent check at other chase banks with no issue even though it is my sisters account. This particularly Chase bank however for some reason won't take the check?

Ashley in customer service at this location ROCKS....Shes helped me twice recently and is so attentive and quick at what she does in customer service..Thank you....
