This branch was cool when they had
security guard big country he greeted everyone with a smile and the customer service was good. Now that he is gone this branch has went straight down hill bums have took over

Can't make cash deposits to your account if you don't have your debit card.....bad service

I believe I already have a one star before for them not having cash or any other typical bank services here other than, I honestly don’t know what. Maybe all they can do is let you apply for a loan.
This one star review is because they have a clearly marked men’s and women’s restroom and they don’t let customers use them.

Terrible branch. They have tellers inside, but no counter for them to work behind and no cash. They just wander around and direct you to using one of the several ATMs they have inside. Why even have a branch if all they’re going to do is just make you use the ATM???

The worst bank ever! Horrible customer service. Helped another lady when I was first waited over 20mins for other people to get help besides me and when I speak up they just laugh at you! Horrible bank!

Not sure why this location is still open you can't get access to the ATM after they close at 5 pm door is locked they took out the one in the drive thru. They have no tellers for deposits and withdrawals. You have to use the other 2 Federal Way locations for a teller.
