On July 19, 2023 at 8:27PM I was sold a Hyppe Max Flow Vape in which I paid $28.61 for it. I pull the vape out of the box and the vape falls onto their floor not fully realizing the package had been opened until I stepped out the door. Within seconds I go back into the store and told the cashier my product was opened and would like a exchange. The cashier told me due to \\\"store policy\\\" I won't be able to exchange once I step out the store. He tells me a few times the vape was fine to smoke. Of course I push the issue a little until I accepted what he said. After leaving I tried taking a hit from the vape and also found that the product does not work. I then turn go back into the store and tell him this issue and he still refuse to give me a exchange. He then calls his boss to explain my situation for her to tell me the same thing and that I should come talk to her in the morning. At this point I don't even wanna do business with this company anymore. I called another Extra Miles and explained my situation and they even said its a crazy policy and they would of had no problem exchanging. I will be going tomorrow morning to get my refund. If I do not get my refund I will be getting The Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau involved. They can simply check their cameras and see I am telling the truth about what I am saying. I am putting this company on notice and I will be contacting Is corporate as well.

Obviously, this organization doesn't care about their rating. This store wanted to charge me .50 for a cup of water. I brought my own cup. Makes me sick. I have the means to buy water. I was in the store and inconvenienced, but what about people who do not have the means and are thirsty. Charging for a cup of water is despicable.

Stopped by here when I was in town. Who the hell does a software upgrade/update during after work rush hour?! I've been here plenty times before and prob won't ever come back. Gas price is constantly 30+ cents more and always more expensive to get drinks. I guess if you have a chevron card, you're stuck to this place.Thank God I don't.

This IS NOT A BRUSHLESS CARWASH! Waste of time. The car was consist of big, nasty, rolling brushes. Not brushless. Be carful. Yuck!

The lady that works the mornings is so rude! Always has an attitude! I came in today to get gas and I need to use the restroom also so I want to ask the lady for the key she gave me the key, went to the bathroom didn’t realize I didn’t have a tampon so I had to run back to my car and go get one. I come back to use the restroom to get the key from her and she wouldn’t let me have it because I she said I should’ve had it before. I told her I simply! I come here every morning and I hate coming in to buy stuff because of her she’s rude! After this experience I definitely will not come back!

I've visited this Chevron service station on four (4) occasions now as I really like their car wash. It's brushless! No scratches on a car's finish like other car washes that employ spinning brushes. The car wash at this location is great! You pay via a machine prior to entering the car wash. Once inside and centered (lights will direct you accordingly), the pre-soak begins, and depending on what level of 'clean/protection' you pay for, the entire process takes about ten (10) minutes or so. If there are already number cars in line, be prepared to exercise patience as the car washing process takes time, then of course there are some people have no idea as to how to use their credit/debit cards in the machine even though directions are quite clear. Oh well, I digress. Great car washing system that uses high powered water pressure vs brushes. If the line is long, run into the store and grab a slurpy/icee or your favorite beverage. Prices run from about $8.00 (basic wash) to $12.00 (wash, wax, undercarriage spray & paint protectant). Real touchless car washing.

The cashier left me know that there is no restroom because of covid. That mand i'm not getting gas here i'm not able to use the vacuum cleaner, or the car wash service. Now I have to go try to find a restroom at a place where I can use the services and be able to take care of myself by using the restroom. I call bullharkey. This is a very busy area in the middle of the day.

Stopped to get gas, I walked in because I had to go to the bathroom. I asked the guy, and he said the bathroom was closed, which is fine. But he just had a stick so far up his bum I could see it in his mouth when he talked. Super rude. His body language and the way he talked to me made me feel like I was being a nuisance for asking him a question. (Feb 1st at 3:20AM)

I try to avoid this place due to the poor customer service but it's the closest gas station near me. I stopped to get fuel, I paid at the pump. Then went in to buy a lotto ticket, waited in line, only one person in front of me and still had to wait for at lease 10-15 min only to be told they don't sell any lotto tickets at night... wtf? The drawing isn't for a few more days and I've bought tickets at night before. Train your employees. I was going to buy other things but when I was refused well then I guess I'll go somewhere that wants my money.

Car wash is ok but kinda expensive At least its a newer machine as the car wash machine before this one had the MOST DISGUSTING brushes iv ever seen at least its better now.

I stopped in to get a small little something to eat. It was a HOT burrito from the heated case and two snack pies. When I asked for a second bag she copped an attitude. Said she didn't know I wanted two. Common sense must not come with that second "x" chromosome. A customer purchases something that would melt under heat....so whats the genius do? Bags it with hot food. SMFH All I asked was for a second bag, but this made her say"calm down" With a mom like attitude, ya know 'do as I say'. Then starts in on some religious nuttbaggery. I don't believe in the Jewish magic skyman. If I was Islamic that could be considered hate speech. And your planters placed 3 ft from the wall is a safety hazard. I almost tripped over the silly decoration.

Just went to grab a soda and some smokes. The cashier was not wearing mask and made no effort to move our things forward when we were done paying. It's insanely unsanitary and rude to make your customer reach underneath your window to grab their things.
