There is a black American lady in the store. She’s really tough and rude to everybody. I am kindly requesting from her employer to show her Customer Service or let her know about her job responsibility,
Today, May 18 around 6:54 AM. I felt the gas and she didn’t give the receipt I request her. I need the receipt for my employer for my company because the vehicle was belong to Company and they need receipts but she never gave that receipt At the top of that, she was so rude and it’s not the only first time I fill up the gas from this gas station, but the same lady always being rude to everybody and today she show her real face as well, I’m kindly requesting again from the owner of Chevron or customer service department that should Track their employee that how they treat the people how they treat the customers

Says cash or chevron card but if you pay cash it’s 50 cents more but says that it is same cost for cash or card

The gas station is on the southeast corner of the Pacific Highway South in Federal Way. It's a bit hard to get to it unless you are coming from the south, west, or north side of the street. It's a small gas station with old pumps that can take up to 7-10 minutes to fill depending if you have an app.
Gas prices drop $1.00/ gallon with you use the Chevron app. So, that can take a little time. The cashier does not take a debit card for lotto. And the lotto machine got stolen so if you don’t have the cash forget the lotto.
I go there because of the $1.00/gallon discount. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

Fuel prices at least 30 cents higher than listed on Google maps. Advertised at $5.19 for premium, $5.59 at the pump. Also price sign was turned off, so no way of knowing what they charge unless you pull up to the pump. Had Google displayed correct price wouldve filled up at station near work since it's 20 cents less. Wasted 7 extra min in traffic and extra $4.

The Hispanic Lady they have working there is very disrespectful and mean. I ride an E scooter and, she all but ripped me a new one screaming about, you can't bring that "thing" in here. Definitely need to be retrained on customer service! Not good at all!!!

Just watched them be extremly rude to a paying customer who asked to use the restroom. Your gas station employees your no better then anyone else.

There's one black woman in this store were ridiculous, the way they treated me were disrespectful, first of all why does she think I'm using fake $20 and she even said " this guy really waiting for change" and talking so rude.

Terrible customer service. Not sure if he (Indian man) was having a bad day, but no excuse for his behavior. Charged my card $30, but only got $9. And when I went in to ask, he said to get out of “his store.” Prior to this, another lady was shouting that “he was done with him.” And when I confronted him with his behavior with the other lady, states that “he already stopped.” Not an excuse..Also not wearing a mask like previous comment said
