I want to give a special shoutout to Travis, who has worked on my vehicle multiple times. His skill and knowledge are unmatched, but what truly stands out is the level of care he shows. He treats every repair as if he were working on his own car, and his kindness and professionalism make the entire experience stress-free. If any concerns come up, which is rare, he goes out of his way to address them and ensure everything is perfect.
Tiffany at the front desk is equally amazing. She greets everyone with a warm smile and makes the whole process seamless. She’s always ready to answer questions and help in any way she can.

The whole team was extra helpful and the repair to our van was completed almost a week before it was due. Very satisfied, cannot tell where it was repaired. I received excellent service at complete collision CARSTAR in federal way. I was in a little fender bender and this collision shop really helped me out. They arranged for a rental car to pick me up and then had my car done days before the estimated completion time. The office was friendly and efficient. They even cleaned my car before they gave it to me. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto body repairs.
