Love Costco (it is five stars), but the Pharmacy does not meet expectations. Took five days and six trips to get a half of my prescription. Had to call my insurance company twice and my doctor. The insurance company told me Costco did not want to fill this type of prescription. Just be honest with your members, if you do not want to fill a prescription, tell us, I'll go to another pharmacy. Please do not try to be my Doctor or my judge. I need this prescription to stay alive. Fill it, or tell me the truth. I'll go to another pharmacy. This is my third year taking this drug, and Costco always has trouble filling it. I do not understand why my insurance company and my doctor have to be involved so many times.

I came here for gas and the layout was quite a nightmare. At about 20 cents lower than the neighboring gas stations, I can understand why it's popular. For the uninitiated, you will encounter unmoving traffic when waiting to make a left turn. Then when you finally got to make the turn, you found out cars were just lining up waiting to turn into Costco gas. Hence the traffic back up. I actually overshot that entrance and went in via another entrance and the line was long but at least it was moving. I also noticed drivers here rarely pulled up to the empty spot when other cars left. They preferred to just wait behind till the entire lane (3 spots) were cleared and they would go to the first spot in that lane. Very different behavior from the drivers at Bellingham Costco gas station. In any case, Costco gas is still the cheapest around and I'm here for it.

It's Costco. What is there to really say? They are all pretty much the same, though the selection may vary slightly. They have a great produce selection, the workers are nice, and I love the variety of books for kids. So why not 5 stars? Because the parking lot is a mess. Always. I don't know if it needs more entrances/exits or what, but it takes forever to get in/out and find a spot. Pack your patience.

Costco, I don't recommend it. Employees are ruining the company's image. I went to change the tires. The counter and the maintenance man put off each other and made me go back and forth twice and three times in and out of the store. What I want to talk about is the man at the counter. 1. The counter guy sent me saying that I need to change my tires, so I have to go to the maintenance place first. 2. The guy in maintenance said I had to go to the counter again. Coming back. The internet is not working. 3. After waiting in my car for an hour, the tires are out of stock. 4. The counter guy offered to call me the next day and made me pay with my card first to pay for the tires. 5. The next day. The tire I paid with my card was cancelled. 6. The counter guy who said he'd call me didn't call me. 7. I went to the firestone tire and changed the tires in two hours. 8. Counter guy never called me. 9 Costco always said tires were out of stock. It was the same situation when I changed my car tire last time. 10. Even if Costco is good at it, I would never recommend changing tires at Costco. 11. Cancelling the price already paid by card for tire replacement and not even giving me a call is understood to be the employee's intention to do the customer carelessly. It's such an unpleasant memory.

Costco is an essential for so many people, like me. We went to Costco to get a bed, try the food court, get groceries & to gas up. The parking is pretty bad, and it would've more convenient if it wasn't so compact. The gas station was good & it wasn't too bad, and kept clean. Upon walking inside of Costco, the people giving samples were very informative and friendly. The shelves were well stocked as well. The food court was confusing because everyone was getting there order after us, and didn't like when we asked about our order. We ended up waiting for a bit but they comped us with a free drink. All in all, costco is so busy but employees could make it a little more helpful.

Got my tires from Costco and I can honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my car. I came in recently with a nail in my tire that Les Schwab refused to fix, and then proceeded to offer me all new replacement tires. Came in to Costco Tire Service Center and one of the guys looked at the tire and didn’t even think about it, said it’s an easy fix. I left my car and got a call a few hours later that it was done. This place is amazing.

The shopping was alright but when me and my parents were leaving we showed the person the receipt and she counted the items and one thing wasn't scanned so she pulled us aside and we had to wait but while we waited she didn't count the other customers items keep in mind me and my family are hispanics the other customers were mostly white and this has happened around 7 times at this costco.

I get Costco's policy is for the membership to be in store to purchase item (At least now I know). Specifically an employee name Judy was unnecessarily rude to me and my bf. First off, the membership me and my bf has been using for years is my mom's. I asked her "is this a new policy? Because we've been using this for awhile and no one has said anything to us". Mind you! I was talking in a normal tone like literally just curious with the policy. Judy came out with "No one just cares and technically this card is like a license and technically I can keep this card and the member can get it back herself! " Me and my bf obviously understand so we said "ok we didn't know that we'll just hold off with the purchase then" and walked away...YO COSTCO IN FEDERAL WAY! YA'LL REALLY NEED TO CHECK IN WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TEACH THEM HOW TO BE NICE LIKE BRO! WE UNDERSTAND SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE RUDE AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE. JUDY NEED TO BE RETRAINED WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS...IF SHE WAS NICE WE WOULD'VE APPLIED TO BE A MEMBER RIGHT AWAY SPECIALLY WITH ALL THE STUFF WE GRABBED.. AND IM SORRY TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO HAS TO PUT IT ALL AWAY...
