The Courtyard Seattle Federal Way is a hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, excellent staff. The modern lobby is welcoming and includes a bistro. The location is very convenient, right off the highway with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The area around the hotel felt very safe to some guests. However, other guests found the area and the parking lot to be sketchy with no security, advising not to leave anything in your car. The rooms, while clean, are noted as needing renovation, especially the bathrooms which feel old. The hotel lacks a free breakfast, offering only expensive order options instead. The pool and hot tub facilities are disappointing, with a cold pool and a lukewarm, non-working hot tub with dirty water. Some room features, like alarm clocks that are too easy to accidentally turn on, have also caused frustration. While the staff and cleanliness are consistently praised, these issues impact the overall experience.
Nice comfortable rooms, with comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing is the room layout is different than most hotels so that was a bit odd.

We went here for corporate meetings and really liked the spot. Plenty of parking to park and tons of places to eat around.

Great location off I-5. Red Robin within walking distance. Jimmy johns and Cold Stone. The Bistro opens at 6 am. Service is top notch and rooms are excellent.
