This store will rarely take cash payment, when they did they couldn’t break 100. Told me to go ask around every other business to break it just to pay them. They were extremely disrespectful about the entire situation. I’ve been noticing this is a direct reflection of their overall customer service and their lack of quality and a phone service in general. Will be switching phone plans IMMEDIATELY

Take your business somewhere else I was trying to pay my bills today, the manager and employee were so rude and unprofessional at all I was wondering why this place is empty all the time, after 9yr on their customer it’s time to go somewhere else.. I hope they take some action this place to improve their service. Very disappointed

The lady was trying to pay her phone bill, the guy messed up and instead of owning up to his mistake he went ballistic.

Employees were friendly and time efficient!! I was already in a mood after my experience with customer service over the phone but Jonathan and Stan immediately changed that! Definitely a 10 out of 10. I was glad I walked in that day! Thank you guys once again!

This phone service is lacking anti hacking updates so waste of life is doing robo calls calling random people showing my phone number As well as calling random people using other people's phones numbers. I have attempted to file complaint on the FCC web site but I get messages my email and phone number are not valid. If anyone who reads this has an answer to stop the faceless pig who is doing this please reply.

I came into the store for help and the manager Stan was so rude. I asked for a iPhone 14 pro max, and he rudely said as he pulled out his translator app “we don’t have those, go somewhere where they speak Spanish” I have never felt so degraded and humiliated in my life
