Service in person is generally okay at the pharmacy. They take forever to answer the pharmacy line, if they even pick up.\\n\\nI called today and the call dropped after over 40 minutes of waiting, which is ridiculous. The second call I killed after almost 4 hours (I really wanted to see how long it would take for them to pick up so i could post accurately the max length of time they make someone wait, but i had an appointment). After that amount of time I was immune to the default hold music and the voice advertising vaccines. If a human picked up I would've had my trance immediately broken, however it didn't appear any humans were working in the pharmacy today.\\n\\nDefinitely recommend going in person to save time (not gas unfortunately) and see if there are any humans working that day. You may actually get what you need answered. If you absolutely have to call, you shouldn't call in the late afternoon or any time after.\\n\\nEdit 8/30/2023\\nUnderstaffed. Had 1 person at the register and dealing with customer issues. 26 min waiting inside. Recommend finding someplace with better staffing.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and honestly when I started going to them they were great and in the few years, they have just gotten worse and worse. They have lost prescriptions for important medication for me that I had to literally call my doctor to have them re-fax and they would lose the faxes. I have gotten prescriptions filled where the label didn’t match the description and when I would go back they would be just rude and disrespectful. I have put an online request to get prescriptions filled and it took them literally six days to fill a prescription when it should’ve Taken 30 minutes. This pharmacy has gone downhill to the point where I’m about to pull all of my prescriptions and send them to Fred Meyers.

I was very satisfied by the service I got from pharmacist by the name Bill. He is good man and I wish him all the best including his family.

The people working at this pharmacy of this CVS seem to have a serious problems with their lives. They are so rude to customers. I won't bring my business back to them even though they're just a CVS and I normally wouldn't care. I'll go into the CVS in a perfectly good mood and leave feeling like crap because of the way I've been treated. Seriously, find a different drug store with decent people who will handle your medicinal needs with care and kindness. Customer service isn't a bullshit job. It's a dying craft.

Customer service trash. Listen to the reviews down there bc I don't know how the hell they got their job. Rude, lazy, don't know how to do their job.

Went with my boyfriend to get Covid tests for work and had the best experience with Annie and Kira. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I can't emphasize enough how amazing these ladies are. I hope they get recognition for how well they do their jobs and the level of customer service skills they both have!

This place is a joke. Phone to pharmacy has been disconnected and out of service. Meds are stuck at this location and can’t be transferred because no one picks up the phone. Terrible service. Everyone should be fired and replaced with people who care.

Very disappointing. My parents needed a Covid test for their cruise, so I booked them here. First of all, it was annoying that I couldn't book them both at the same time. They're senior citizens, and not great at computers, so I had to make their appointments and you can't just make two appointments at the same time. I made the appointments a few days before because, obviously, you don't want to risk not having results before a cruise. Then, the night before their test, I got a message saying the tests were canceled because the CVS was closed due to a weather emergency! What? Too much beautiful August weather? I called the store and worked through their crazy phone-tree system for a long time, finally getting a human who said, no, they weren't closed, and no, she didn't know why I got that message, but they don't "do the tests" and if I have a question I should call Quest Diagnostic. Ok, can you give me that number? "I don't know, you can google it?" I went through the appointment system again and made new appointments for my parents (this time their appointments were 4 hours apart but we decided to just show up for the earlier time and hope for the best.) Luckily, they didn't get canceled so the non-existent weather issue must have cleared up somehow. Anyway, we got to the store and it was completely empty inside. Like, is anyone working here? I have no idea. My parents have to check in on a computer kiosk. Again, they're old, so I end up doing that too. Then they sit around. We literally don't see any staff in the store. After a while, we see a pharmacist in the back, then a care provider comes out of one of the little offices. It was just so weird. I guess I'll ask the obvious question, but don't they have a theft problem not having any staff in the retail areas of the store? Is the staff just hiding? Because they are certainly not cleaning. I was going to sit with my parents and wait for their test but the waiting area was filthy, and I didn't know how long the wait would be, so I went to the Safeway across the street to save some time and get some groceries. It was a good thing I saved time by multi-tasking because nearly 90 minutes later, my parents had their "15-minute" test results printed and were ready to go on their cruise. Next time we would absolutely find somewhere, anywhere, else to go!

Never answer their phones. Horrible service when you go in person.

When I say that EVERY single trip to that store there is a problem, please believe me. It is ALWAYS something. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS, I'd be out of there, long ago

My company changed our pharmacy after years at Walgreens. 15 years at Walgreens, with very few issues, and very professional personnel. This CVS is the absolute worst! I have never gone to pick up my prescriptions at any hour without a 45 minute to one hour wait. I gave up on the drive thru long ago...the waits were even longer! When I finally get to the front of the line, my prescription has not been filled about half of the time...so maddening! They then tell me that I should come back in a half hour or so which makes my blood boil. Walgreens would contact me when I was due for a refill, but not CVS. You call them and pray someone answers, but that is another exercise in futility. Someone needs to do some serious restructuring of all aspects of this pharmacy.

Believe the reviews!!! Customer no service. Lost prescriptions, dr.'s office complaints about pharmacists being unavailable, no one answers the phone, just get put on forever hold. Retail store manager has no responsibility for pharmacy and cannot help. I will never use this business again ever, she said the pharmacist wasn't there and could not tell me when they would be available The pharmacy never offered to call the drs office to get the info on the lost prescription, although I had their number. No accountability in the pharmacy and although there are lots of people in the area very little seems to get done. HHS
