Girl behind the counter tells me to wait 10 minutes, closes the pharmacy, and then comes out to tell me she forgot all about me. How can someone be that irresponsible in medicine? This isn’t a convenience store where people can wait the next day. Some of these people need their prescriptions filled ASAP, yet this girl is perfectly okay with forgetting about people. Ya’ll need to do better.

We put in an order for a prescription for an intramuscular injection, and they did not tell us they require a second prescription for needles. How are you supposed to take a shot without a needle? Fine, we got the prescription. We put in the order,
TWO MONTHS go by and they still do not have our prescription needles. They offer to give a similar gauge needle, but inform us that they we will have to pay and insurance won’t cover it because it’s not the exact prescription. Visits usually take 30min, because they never have anything and walk around trying to figure out what to do. They will ask you to step aside and wait 10 min, will never come back to you. Single-handedly the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life.

Worst pharmacy ever , will take 2 weeks to fill one simple prescription . They are slow as hell I waited for a prescription for 2 weeks that they said they were ordering & they never even ordered it . Still haven’t received it either I suggest using any other pharmacy but CVS

I just want to acknowledge the pharmacist Ben of how great of a job he’s done. I’ve gone a couple of times to pick up medications during the weekend and he’s running everything solo. ( I don’t condone CVS for overworking their employee ) he was there all day doing the job of at least 3-4 people all by himself and while I did wait a long time to pick up my medications I just want to say how much I appreciate him for doing everything and still having a positive attitude while doing so. 5 stars are for Ben 0 for CVS.

Always very helpful and friendly ?. Sometimes very busy and l fill so sorry for they look short staffed.They are trying so hard to get to everyone.

Phone hold times are outrageous and only 1 person working on the counter doing everything creating very long wait times. Couldn't the 4 or 5 others in the background assist? I am really hating pharmacies.

I go out of my way to use this specific pharmacy solely due to the fantastic service by Jamie, the pharmacist. She is patient, understanding, kind and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to troubleshoot any issues, expedite refills, and knowing she is in charge gives me the peace of of mind that my medications will be filled properly and on-time. It's clear Jamie genuinely cares about her job and her patients, and interacting with her is always such a pleasant experience. I have never experienced this level of customer service from a pharmacist. She is a true gem. Please give Jamie a raise!

I called CVS at The Commons in Federal Way to see if my bf's meds were there. They had been ordered 3 days earlier. The tech said nope, we don't have them. I panicked. I called again 2 hours later. There had to be a mistake. The same tech said you asked if they were ready and they weren't. What kind of sick games are these people playing? I'm so embarrassed. I had to message the Drs that the pharmacy did receive the refill requests they just hadn't gotten around to them yet.

They aren’t open during the hours they state they are open, target staff confirmed they don’t know why the staff wasn’t there.

Staffs are always welcoming and very nice. All the pharmacists are efficient and always helpful. 100 times better than the CVS pharmacy on 21st ave.

I checked in at the counter for my covid booster and flu shot. The cellular signal in this Target is terrible, so you have to either check in at the counter, use the guest wifi or check in outside with cellular data signal. Pharmacist was professional and quick. Got my vaccines in under 5 minutes.
