The store itself is fine, but I had a very upsetting experience with one cashier. She was rude and dismissive during a moment of urgency—my daughter was vomiting and I was trying to pay for medication. Instead of assisting me, she insisted I use the frozen self-checkout machine and repeatedly said my card wasn’t working, even though it was. She made no effort to help and seemed intent on forcing me to leave without the medication. Her behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. I hope CVS takes appropriate action.

Very bad place to pick up your medication, the employees spend all their time talking on the phone and do not serve people and they also serve you with bad character, it is chaos, that pharmacy is very slow in serving people

The pharmacy is constantly out of medication. The staff is rude and highly disorganized. While waiting in line, multiple customers complained about the poor & lack of service. Don’t waste your time, please go elsewhere.

So helpful! Rushed and filled my daughter's medication for us. When it gave her an allergic reaction the doctor sent a new prescription and they filled it within 20 minutes for me. 10 minutes before they closed. Genuinely seemed like they cared for her!

I switched my prescriptions from CVS - Lakewood to this one bc I was having trouble filing my prescriptions on time and this one is closer to work which is more convenient for me. But what I enjoy the most is the sense or urgency the pharmacy staff has demonstrated and when I have an issue every time they are able to review and resolve it without inconveniencing me. That’s huge, it tells me they care to provide competent, and kind service. Only feedback I would say to be mindful of DT window and make sure there’s not other people waiting previous to the closing time. I was once waiting for almost 10 minutes and then when I pulled up they closed the window,next time when I’m close to their closing window time I’ll walk in, but overall I would recommend this pharmacy.

Every single time I come to pick up my prescriptions that they say is “ready for pick up” we are sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes to an hour. Seriously get your prescriptions sent somewhere else. At this point they should just shut down the drive thru ?
