this is the worst CVS pharmacy ever horrible horrible horrible horrible just to pick up my medication through the drive-through and sometimes take me 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get a medication which I should not be sitting in a drive-through for 30 to 45 minutes to pick up medication this is ridiculous. They need a staff better or if they're understaffed shut down the drive-through because sitting in a drive-through for 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a medication is nuts. Do not recommend the CVS whatsoever do not get your prescription sent here go somewhere else I know for a fact I think I'm going to be pulling all of my prescriptions and going to Fred Meyer across the street. This CVS pharmacy is horrible. I do not recommend this business to anybody and if I can give them a zero star rating, I would give them zero stars.

I was frantically seeking to fill a prescription for my daughter-in-law, who'd been suffering for a week and was anxious to begin this round of antibiotics. Walgreens on Hoyt Rd. in Tacoma had told my deployed son they had these meds (he'd called from the USS Lincoln to check availability for his foreign-born wife). I showed up to find they didn't have it, so I shared my frustration with them and took off for the nearest competitor. The kind pharmacist at CVS in 21st (Store ID #10659) didn't have the meds she needed, but took the time to check his system and found I could get it at the Renton CVS. I made it just before closing time. We're are so grateful!

We stood 2nd in line for almost 20 minutes while the person in front waited to receive his prescription (no idea how long he waited at the window). I called ahead 3 times it was not ready 2 times and not been ordered no record of that Doctor had ever submitted a prescription for that medicine on the 3rd time. I gave the REX number on the CVS info on the previous order. The lady left with it when she came back she told us that it was on hold and could not be filled. We ask her why? She said she didn’t know. I asked her to find out who and why? (Now there was a line growing down the aisle.) When she came back said that they couldn’t find out whom but it will be filled right away, It wasn’t but I was just happy to get it. By the by this is the short version.

This pharmacy is perpetually understaffed and they are frequently short/rude with customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible pharmacy i called to ask a question and waited 25 min nobody ever answered when i have gone in the older lady with the redish brown curly hair she is super rude these employees need to be retrained on customer service

By far this is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to it took four times four trips back to the pharmacy because they had filled it incorrectly. When I tried to speak to the older lady with red curly hair and glasses she cut me off birthday please. So you don't care that I've been here four times, you're going to cut me off and ask me for my birthday like this is ridiculous four times I've been here your drive-thru is always closed you are always understaffed ridiculous I need to find a new Pharmacy

This is literally the worst Pharmacy that I have ever been a client of. I’ve received multiple texts and phone calls and actually spoken to members of the Pharmacy staff multiple different times confirming my medication and every single time I go to pick them up they’re never there. I wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes , I’m hitting the call button, I am being looked up by the pharmacist, but literally being ignored. Do not recommend wasting your time by coming here at all

Joke of a department! No one will answer the phone to communicate to you why they are so back-logged. Called the store manager to ask if anyone is even back there in Pharmacy working. ?♀️ It’s been 3 days with no clarification. Waited in line for 20 minutes and no one in front of me had moved. Talk about a real joke! Will no longer work with this CVS Pharmacy.

Tried to use them, my boyfriend called because I have no voice and can't speak, guy was apparently unfriendly and sounded very disinterested. I tried calling after several hours to check in and was on hold for 10 minutes, hung up on, called again on hold for 20 hung up on. If you don't want to deal with people don't work in a healthcare position.

They were supposed to have a prescription for me at 1140 AM. At 3PM I attempted to call and they hung up without saying a word. I called back as I was driving there and turns out they had filled it and just decided to not update me. I arrived at the store and stood ar the counter for several minutes before they decided to help other customers before me.

This location never has there orders ready there always behind never on time never organized management is terrible. I have a autistic son with epilepsy and is on seizure meds and I always get my order in few days before he is out of meds to give them enough time to have it ready and I swear it's never a priority I end up running out and my son will go a few days with out his meds before his order is filled there online website will tell me it will be ready in 1 hrs but it's more like 1 week. It so frustrating. I ended up switching to rite aid across the street I haven't had a issue since.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!Always short staffed. Never has your medication. I waited in store for 1.5 hours for them to tell me they don’t have my medication. I will never ever use them again. Horrible customer service.

it's clear cvs doesn't care if people live or die. i've been waiting days for a prescription to be filled and haven't heard from anyone. given the reviews im seriously considering reporting them for ethics and public safety violations

1st and last time using the pharmacy. I was told 3pm for a prescription pickup, showed up and prescription would ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, it would be ready by tomorrow.
