Hiring practice for this company come into question. I have applied to Davita 6 times I have a great deal of experience and have had 6 interviews that I deemed to go very well. This company I feel is bias due to my age. Ageism is illegal and I am very disappointed, I have been in Nursing since 1996. I offer experience and expertise. I am also 57. I know they will never, admittedly,admit to this, but 6 interviews! This review is not directed at any specific Davita clinic just their bias in general. Very disappointed. I directly emailed a hiring manager who promised he would reach out either way. I'm sure if I was decades younger I would have had this job. He never even responded. Very very in professional. My son is a patient there now when he call them that he was is reallysickand was going to the ER they wanted to which hospital he was going to so they call them to see if he really was going. I feel like they don't have the right to call them. Also he are always getting severe migraines every time he is there. He is being ridiculed by them all the time.

I hate going to dialysis but the techs here are always great to me. If there are problems it my access nothing the staff does. They make a thing I hate bearable. I enjoy the other patients there and seeing people improve. They are very professional.

This is the best clinic there is in WA, they have the best staff and only gives the best quality of care for their patients. They have strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction rate.

The worse services you can experience. My father is patient at this location and sometimes he doesn't even want to go because they verbally put him down. They are racist and act like nothing is going on.

A social worker came to me last week. I told him i would update my review but it's the truth, this is how i feel. Davita has improved with the look of the facilities. They have some great Dialysis technicians like; Armondo, Ray, Maria,Shaun,Eddy and Trina. And some terrible and lazy God forbide asking them to do anything extra, to make your stay comfortable without some attitude, we won't metion them by name. The Nurses are all friendly and out going. Especially a male Nurse Erving, just as friendly and he has great manners. The few bad ones have not showed up on the floor in a while so we are safe for now. If a handful of these female technician get a attitude adjustment and stop running their mouth among themeselves,this could be a 4 star place of business.
