They don't test every item but mark them up as if they did. Deitful practices. They also cover gouges and marks with their price stickers. Not cool.

They have you drive under cover when you are donating items. They come out to your car and empty your car for you.Very nice people.Unlike other donation centers where they don't even help you get your stuff out of the car like heavy books and things

Ok first of all. The smell in here was so strong. Smells of the room freshener on steroids or on an industrial scale. Now, moving on.The store is well maintained. There is good organization. A wide selection of items. The staff are friendly and courteous. It's busy here. Lots of people.I found a vintage lamp valued $100, that I purchased for $8.If they could really tone down the smell, I think they would enhance the shopper experience.

I love coming to this thrift store , I recommend this store to everyone that is looking for affordable furniture or housewares. I love that jobs are offered to people that are not able to work a normal job.I usually have nothing bad to say about this store, but on my most recent trip I wasso disappointed. As per usual I went straight to the yarn/craft isle. I was so excited to see so much yarn on the shelves but when I looked at the prices that were being asked it was such a disappointment. The blanket yarn on sale at Joanne's $9 was on the shelves for $10 ea. Yarn that was given to this store for free was priced higher than a retail store. There was an older lady in the isle with me who was as shocked as me. She said this stores prices were raising and she couldn't afford these prices. This is disgusting. Offering retail prices for things donated is a disgrace.

Went there to pick up my TV stand that I was able to purchase and pick up the next day. Pulled up to the back door and rang the bell. They quickly responded and 2 very nice gentleman Elisia and Tyler brought and loaded it onto the truck. I then saw a group of washing machines inside the backroom and they wash the clothes that have been donated before putting them out on the floor. I've never seen or heard of any other thrift store taking the time to do that! Huge kudos to all of you that work there for taking the time to do that! Place deserves more than 5⭐️'s in my book!er noticed a thrift store do anything like that!

Very clean store with an over abundant amount if helpful staff. From the moment you walk in to the moment you shop and pick up large items in the rear or donate, there's cheerful positive vibes staff everywhere to help you. Pretty sure all of their clothes go through a wash before being brought out also. Great prices on furniture.

It was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be coming back. I really liked how the store set up is very user-friendly for me. It was nicley organized and the items that come in look like they take the time to make them look presentable than just thrown on the shelves.

I love visiting Deseret Industries. Their prices are much lower than their competitor Goodwill. Another perk is that they have seasonal items year round. The store and parking lot are always clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. They are a LDS company and closed Sundays.

Awesome place and literally go here multiple times a week because it is a block away from my work and swing by after I get off. Friendly employees and always willing to help. Only thing that I could say is wish they were open a little later. They close at 6pm and most other thrift stores stay open till 7pm and some 8pm. Other than that little thing ( mostly for my own benefit ? ) this place is by far best place for price and cleanliness.

I think they might have switched laundry detergents (that or someone broke a case of perfume). The perfume smell was overwhelming. Other than shopping with eyes watering and choking on the smell, it's a pretty good store. Prices have increased. Check out lines can be long and slow.

I went to Deseret to donate a dining table with chairs, some clothes, holiday decorations, and dishware the workers unloaded everything for me ...The workers were very polite and pleased for my donations....I will go back again to donate ...Deseret makes the experience enjoyable
