It was my first time to visit DHL location but the experience was amazing. Usually if I go other postal service, I can feel they just want to finish the transaction asap even I am the only customer in there. But here, Will keep trying help customers and keep talking with me while I was waiting. Didn’t feel any rush or pressure to finish everything so fast. He also helped me to make sure I plugin every information correct. I can’t even write all of my experience in here.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to this DHL location. Will’s customer service was superb! I had to ship some presents out to my family in Germany and he assisted with helping me fill out the custom forms. I preferred to come here instead of USPS and with his help I was able to get everything done in such a timely matter! Will be coming here again if I need to send anything overseas! Thank you again Will!

I’ve used this DHL office twice and the service has been top notch. Once was just to get information. Both times Will was so helpful, proficient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location.

My experience was absolutely awful. I had an order shipped from Scotland. I had intended to reject the shipment as the company instructed me to do to comply with their return policy. DHL indicated the package would require a signature; however on the day of delivery, and only 2 hours before the delivery, they sent a notification saying it was ALREADY passed off to a 3rd party. I was at work and not able to see this notification, and was NOT informed the 3rd party would NOT require a signature. The 3rd party dropped the package off without a signature. My attempt to resolve the issue with DHL ended with them telling me I should have been keeping up with the online tracking, they cannot tell me who the 3rd party was, and they are unable to return the package without me paying for the shipping. Overall the experience sucked. Their "tracking" is inconsistent and unreliable. They do not keep track of who they pass the package off to which seems incredibly sketchy, and their customer service sucks. I decided not to order from the company again just to avoid the possibility of using DHL again.

Will assists me with my international shipping. It was my first time using DHL for international shipping. It was a very smooth and easy process. I appreciated Will's patience answering all my questions. Rather than rushing through, he took the time to provide a remarkable customer service.
