Excellent customer service.Mr.Will was so kind and patient, so informative and went above and beyond.I would definitely recommend this location ?.I called this location two days ago to ask about shipping a package to India and he talked to me like a friend & answered all my questions.So I drove 53 miles to this location from Everett passed 2 other DHL (downtown).Totally worth it.Thank you so much WILL.

Spoke to Will Friday, Oct 27, 2023 at around 10:30He was courteous, extremely helpful, empathetic, and informative. I have been dealing with a delivery nightmare for the past two weeks and haven't been able to get a hold of a single human being at any of the places that have to do with my delivery. Every time I am there the employees are extremely friendly and they actually take their time explaining the options and packages to you. When you call them, they answer your calls too! You won’t feel rushed like other carriers. Will went above and beyond for one of my packages as well. You really won’t get this type of service anywhere! They a polite, kind, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

They promised me the team will be at the destination in 10 days, but the item been sitting in USA for 20 days and no one give a clear answer all they said we don’t know.
