I have been there trying to get my phone connected to internet because there is zero connection inside the store, I have asked for wi fi they manager was extremely rude I Wanted the internet so I can compare prices she was mad .

Such a nice sporting goods place! My kids needed to be fitted for soccer gear and Travis at the Federal Way location was so patient and was able to get both my kids fitted with what they needed for their very first soccer practice. So thankful!

These 5 stars are for Brittney (associate on 6/6/24). Brittney was friendly and helped me quickly find what I needed. When the exact item I wanted wasn't in stock, she checked and within seconds was able to tell me other stores in was in stock at. She also showed me comparable products, which was great because it was a busy day and I didn't feel like going to another store. Her bright, welcoming personality was refreshing and she helped me get in and out quickly. Thank you, Brittney!

Non-existant customer service. Slow cashier.......on a Sunday only 1 register open. Soccer cleats all over the place, no rhyme or reason what is what or by size. What a mess. Better to order online.

The retail staff here is always super nice. I found them To be always helpful. The store is clean and well organized. Most of the time if I am able to find the item online they price match with the online price.

Horrible customer service. I usually go to the Issaquah location but wanted to see what this location had. I purchased 5 nikes no one stopped and asked if I needed help. Workers too busy having conversations with each other. Cashier *Y(not using full name) couldn't scan a bag of crackers instead of grabbing another she just looked at me.

Everyone that I encountered has asked me the lack of organization for the shoes. I asked an employee if they have the size I need, he scanned it and said there were 2 available but he didn’t help me find it but told me that it’s on the wall. On the wall there’s a bunch of boxes front and back, I had to search on my knees each row to find my size. Same goes for my wife she said that the shoes were unorganized and hard to find the model since it was placed in different spots. Some boxes were scattered for example ghost 15 were mixed with Adrenaline models. Overall at least the staff were friendly.
