They don’t answer the phone and don’t provide any kind of customer service when helping you set up the class. I sent an email to ask questions and was basically sent the link so that they could take my money. I also asked about what I need to start class and it was very unclear. It’s definitely just a business that wants to take your money and does not truly care for the success of its students. I ended up getting a refund and loosing out on $100. I’m going to pay more for a more accommodating class somewhere else. The responses from the owners on the complaints on these reviews indicate what kind of people are running this business if I could give zero stars I would, and definitely do not recommend.

A very nice and intelligent staff a very clean place the best place to become a CNA when you go and take the CNA class your experience will be very successful I love when the staff say you were trained by Divine you would do just fine a great place I just love it I would recommend Divine CNA to anyone that wants to become a CNA Divine is the place to go a wonderful and caring staff and by golly very clean Training Center

Doesn’t give you enough first day instruction. They called after 5 days saying you missed 4 days school. I message that first week of class Monday needing instructions, what I received is Instructions to get in to modules, so I thought what this is a online self study, because I was doing everything I wasted my time doing assignments, studying for 4 days, testing for nothing only to find out that I can’t continue with the class, and have to start next month because they made a mistake and realize after a week that a student that supposed to be in the class is not showing up. What a joke. Easy to said and done because they’re not in your shoes. I ask for a refund, they got $200 from it, because it’s already been a week per them. LOL. I asked if I can get my TB testing since I paid for the full amount, they said they already refunded me it, that was all given back. This is all chaos and clearly the staff is not going to support you at all. If you don’t want to waste your money and time, this place is not for you…

I decided to sign up online for their CPR course since mine needed to be renewed. I showed up 5 minutes before the class start time, only to be told they had started 2 hours early. I did not receive any sort of notification that there was a change in time. Even their website and signs in the building were still advertising the time I was originally given. Now I'm left scrambling to find another place to get my certification in time.

The faculty is fast in response and Jackie explains everything step-by-step. The training center seems to take care of the students and supports students' success.
