I will never buy another pair of shoes anywhere besides DSW in Federal Way the store manager could not have been cooler I brought back a pair of shoes that I had worn for a whole week because they had started to squeak and without a box she swapped them out for a brand new pair no questions asked on top of that I bought a pair of insoles that I cut to fit the size of my shoe but in return it's still didn't fit she also swapped them out for brand new ones once again no questions asked customer service that is absolute finest don't buy shoes anywhere else

They would only let me try shoes on one at a time! That's not how shows work. They suggested I buy the $200 boots and then return them if they don't fit. Walked right out of there

Do NOT do a return here. I returned two separate orders. I asked for a receipt confirmation that I returned. They refused said I will only get an email. When the girl was doing the second order someone stepped in and said you are doing it wrong. And had her do something different. I asked twice for clarification that the first order was done correctly because why would it have been if she was doing the second one wrong. I was assured that she did and my refund was issued. Fast forward. I got email confirmations and one of the two orders was refunded on my account. Trying to get the second refund which is not small and not getting any actual help. They scammed me. For clarity they did not tell me before I returned that I would not get a receipt confirming it went back on my card. Won't let me give zero stars or this would be zero

Came in yesterday for a pair of dressy boots for work. I was greeted when I walked in. Lee helped me find some workboots. She was great and suggested a trick to loosen up the boots in time for a work trip. Which worked and wearing them all day to break them in felt more comfy.I do wish there was more selection in the store. 50% of womens boots were the same style and color just by different brands. And wish the selections by gender was more obvious from the entrance.

Strange security guard was harassing me when I was trying to lookup details on a pair of shoes was non-slip shoes and was muttering things about sexual assault and kept bothering me. He started insulting me after I decided to leave and threatened to follow me to my car. Won't be returning to this location.
