The owner is so nice. Its exactly what is expected, an as is used car business. Was a good experience, my son bought his first car.

Never answers phone, need appointment to see cars, no one in office. They have no desire to sell their cars

Where to begin (this is long because I think it's important),I had originally went in for a seemingly OK priced vehicle with the make and model I had my eyes on.The owner/dealer and I emailed back and forth for a few days, which, while she did respond timely-ish she never answered all of my questions and would respond with short choppy answers, asking about payment every email. First red flag.I then tried to negotiate a more reasonable price based on the information I had which she replied the number was close enough to the selling price so the 200+ dollar difference should be fine (???).I was finally able to just schedule an appointment and drove 45 minutes to view and test drive the vehicle. I arrived and from what I can tell it's ran by one woman who rents a tiny office within an auto mechanic shop. When she had showed me the car I came for, I was HORRIFIED at the condition. Scratches, large paint chips, metal exposure, rust, low tread tires, a misaligned hood and protruding headlight (probably from an undisclosed accident). The driverside door swung out on its own and creaked, the interior was nasty with dirty seats and a sticky dashboard. Driving it was worse, as it made strange noises. The transmission was sloppy, the brakes were mushy, it barely moved in reverse unless I hit the gas. I felt unsafe just driving it to the gas station across the street. The only thing good about it was that the sun roof worked and the color was nice.During my inspection she kept asking why I was checking it since I had a mechanic coming over and was essentially rushing me to test drive it and buy. She was all smiles mentioning how it was serviced a week ago, yet when I asked for service records earlier she apparently had none. It's honestly a good thing the snow delayed my mechanic because I didn't want the car regardless. The online photos were incredibly misleading, not showing a sign of damage nor did she disclose how poor the car's condition was. Should be a crime she was trying to sell it at the Fair Market Price from KBB.On top of that, my mechanic and I have both tried to contact her MULTIPLE times (to discuss a different car I test drove) and she did not answer or call back, and her voice-mail was always full ?Conclusion: based on my experience, this dealership is a no go for quality assurance and customer service. The owner either has no idea what she's doing or doesn't care about selling lemons to her customers. Sorry, but there were so many irregularities and misleading factors that it was safer to just go elsewhere. Buyer Beware indeed.

Be very cautios about this business. I recently went to check out a toyota Rav4...the car was in very good exterior and interior shape. However the mechanical condition of the vehicle was much poorer. After a visual inspection. There was an obvious radiator leak, as well as oil leaks. The radiator fan also not working. Also the owner knows nothing of the vehicles on the lot. The mechanics also are clueless of the conditions of the cars being sold. Best part of my experience was talking about the title. The owner unknowingly admitted that it was a salvage, while also trying to back peddle it being a clean title. Theres nothing clean about a salvage vehicle... Buyers beware. You will not get a straight anwser from anyone working at this establishment.

I don't recommend this guy that does car wash detail inside , I bought a truck and took it there I told the guy to wash the inside my truck ending up not vacuum and not washing the chair and floors and smelled like chemical all he did was spray painted the dark stains it could be wash easily, I find out after when it got dry , I took it back to the guy and he said that he's going to wash it again. So I left it there for about 4 hours I came back and he said that he couldn't make it. It's just a waste of time. As you see in the pict I washed it by my self and you can see the floor it spray painted with gray.
