The lock couldn't lock the storage unit and inside of the unit was very dirty. She tried to charge me $12 transferred fee to another good unit. Now she charged me for $20 for late fee. I came to her and remind her what happened on that day. She didn't want to dispute $20 for me. Suddenly, her attitude was out of control and screamed out at me. The customer service in Federal Way (35200 Pacific Hwy South) is the worst location! Her name is Shay yelled at me and didn't want to solve the problem which the mistake made by her! I called and left a message to Alex (the Manager) in their voice mail, never call back!!! I have 2 storage units in this location. Very disappointed with this company. Don't go to this location!!!! The staff have the worst customer service with rude attitude that I have never had!!! Even they don't want to tell you their names!!!

They're security is awful. We've had our trailer broken into several times. A woman broke in and was living in it
They were found and yet the employee did not notify us right away. Now we have zero power due to the last break in. Also a man's yellow truck was stolen from the spot next to ours according to one of their employees. This was all in the last couple of months. Of course the camera pointing at our trailer doesn't work. My husband asked what are we paying $300 a month for. The owner or manager then tried to sell us insurance. Having our trailer there has cost us thousands of dollars. The police say they get called there a lot.

I parked my Class A RV in a fenced lot.
Federal Way Supreme Self Storage
In April 2024, someone stole the catalytic converter from My RV.
They did not pay for the damage or provide surveillance footage.
Police say there is more crime there.
It is not a safe space. So I moved out.

I’m parking my truck at the storage for about 3 years and I love it. Great location!! It’s been pretty safe and now looks like they have company monitoring through the night so it’s even safer. Great staff working in the office I’m happy!!
