Received excellent customer service from the worker that was working today (7.8.25 AM). I hadn’t used the FAX machine at this location and he took time out his busy day to assist me fax some important documents. I wish I would have gotten his name but I didn’t, however, he was the only worker there at 845 in the morning I could see! Big shoutout to him for helping me get these documents scanned and sent! Thank you for making the process easy!

I come here all the time to ship out my press on set orders, and they have been nothing but kind and patient when it comes to creating a label and shipping my packages out. I will keep on coming here😌

I am not tech savvy, I came to this location to print 220 pages expecting something to go wrong but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

I shipped a box shipped internationally, paid $300+ dollars for it to arrive a certain date. Was not told it would be held at customs and I would have to pay additional $600 in fees and that it would not arrive on time. Parcel was 1 week late and I had to deal with horrible international customs who would give you the run around.

I went to UPS what a joke tried to tell me $7 to scan a piece of paper to email. Drove 30 min to come here. Chris helped me right away I was in and out in 3 min thanks to him for $0.61 def suggest this location and ask for Chris he for sure knows what he’s doing

Omg the clerks had no clue how to compare prices for sending the same box different ways. And there was no manager there i guess to help as i asked for one and clerk said she did know how to compare specifics. But she overcharged us for one box and sent it a higher priority way.

Temu is a scam the employees I want to say the manager Kat an the man Bernard sorry I’m not good with names they both play Pokémon and where hella cool they help me with everything and they need a raise because the call centers don’t know what there talking about ! I appreciate these two employees so much !

Big shout out to Brian W!! I always order my banners thru this Fedex location; indoor, outdoor, and retractables, and Brian always gets them done withing 24hrs, even if my pick-up date is a few days out, if he's there he gets it done. Mahalo Brian??!!

Service was impeccable! Went in to print something and bc it was a usb drive, it didn’t work on the regular copy/print machines, but the manager came out and helped me out immediately and got me through the quick transaction that was direly needed for the enhanced driver’s license requirement next year for travel! Loved the service!!

It was a very bad experience. We got being ignored and they were passing us several times like we are not here. Then they looked so unhappy to do their job. I have always thought that being polite is a natural thing but not for those people. I believe we got ignored because my husband is not white and those people were helping white customers who came after us and we were waiting more than 20 min just to get their attention. Racism should not exist in 2023.
