It was a very bad experience. We got being ignored and they were passing us several times like we are not here. Then they looked so unhappy to do their job. I have always thought that being polite is a natural thing but not for those people. I believe we got ignored because my husband is not white and those people were helping white customers who came after us and we were waiting more than 20 min just to get their attention. Racism should not exist in 2023.

The customer service people here here were extremely helpful. Estabon helped me put together two sturdy laminated outdoor sights and made it very easy for me. His team mate Kelly was also very friendly and helpful as well. They both got the two signs put together for me in less than 45 minutes. Signs look great. I will visit this location again when I have other projects I need help with

I like this location, the employees are always nice and they’re never crowded. They’ve also never lost any of my stuff, which is most important.

this fedex is the most unhelpful and always late. the customer service is also very unhelpful and their vans never leave on time. they also have messed up my deliveries several times. this review is a build up of me using them several times and having bad experiences, not just a one time thing.

Really nice and helpful folks, and I prefer them over other FedEx Office stores I’ve visited. Their big downside is that they don’t have a notary on site, which is super important for an overnight document company. You’ll have to show up with your documents already notarized before shipping.

This FedEx location is conveniently located inside the Commons of Federal Way. I usually have my package delivered to this location so I can pick it up after work.The store closes at 7 PM, and I feel bad about stopping by a bit late to pick up my package. I was there at 6:58 PM, and Jim was the one that helped me out. I got my package and was out the door around 7:07 PM.Thanks to Jim and the fantastic crew at this FedEx location.

Been a customer of Kinko's (now FedEx Office Print and Ship) for roughly 20-years, and have spent thousands of dollars on office products and services. Things have since gotten BAD at the Federal Way, WA location. A certain Asian dude who seems to be the store's manager is very rude. The man finds every opportunity to show him impolite to paying customers. I try hard to avoid this man (and any potential confrontation) but he just won't go away. You can spend about $100 doing large volume copying, and this manager (or whoever he is) will make a fight over paper clips, and over this and that. He's not a people person and is terribly bad for business! Beware!!!

Insanely difficult location. Would not ship standard boxes, computers didn’t work to create labels. Generally inflexible and unhelpful.
