Dre at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and insightful. He had all the answers to my questions, showed me exactly what was going on with my truck and was very kind to my young son as well.

My car broke down in Oct. 2024 and was towed to Firestone Federal Way. They replaced radiator, thermostat, as well as coolant. It cost me over THOUSANDS.
After only a few months, I noticed my car starts to have symptoms of overheating. I had it checked with another Firestone but they couldn't find the reason, and car keeps burning coolant and gets overheated from time to time.
Today I sent my car to another repair store specialized in my car brand. They discovered there are severe contamination in the cooling system with probably internal damage. I would have to replace EVERYTHING again!
Keep away from Firestone, no matter which one, if you need a repair. They don't have the skill on any serious work at all.

I am late adding this review but here we go: had a blowout on my tire that inconviently was in spot my run flat, well, ran flat. Jeremiah and Dre absolutely helped me with no appointment and when the tire required all 4 to be replaced , located some and got them on my car before end of business day. I am forever grateful to them and the fine people at Firestone for helping me out.

Walked in on a busy Friday afternoon with a brake problem. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and said they'd get to it right away and check it out after checking it out they finished the work While I waited amazing on a Friday afternoon I got my car fixed at Firestone didn't have to make an appointment they took me on the spot while they were busy. Other stores were closing and wanting me to make appointments This Federal Way Firestone store is awesome.

Caught a nail in a tire on our way to a camping trip and they were able to take us immediately. Professional and courteous and handled the nail like pros and had us back on the road in no time. Would come back.

l took my Van for new tires balance and alignment then l took it home and when l get home l noticed a noice it was ir coming out of one of my tire well l did have time to go back that day do l when back to the get fix. few days later because l was busy work and no time so then l took the Van l didn’t make and appointment because l thought that is a easy fix well they told me need to wait 2 to 3 hrs to fix it ,l know they didn’t do it right the first time not l have to wait for 3 hrs spend money on gasoline because they didn’t double check the tires after they done to make sure everything is good well l wouldn’t mind to bring the Van to get it fix , but the wait for their mistake that is what make me get frustrated , when is their fault for having new aprendices doing the work and the leads not double checking!!!!

I had taken my car to another shop, Firestone in Federal Way, and had an alignment and wheel rotation done. I also paid for a diagnostic assessment of shaking when I braked at higher speeds. I was unhappy with my diagnostic and ran it by 2 other mechanics who said what Firestone told me was innacurate and I should not pay the $750 for the repair they recommended.
I decided to take my car into Les Schwab. This morning, I began having a new problem with the front wheel making a noise whenever I was driving and I had a bad feeling about driving it. I called and they got me right in for a diagnostic. It turns out that the wheel was not put on properly and was loose after Fierstone had done the alignment. It was ready to fall off! The mechanic, at Les Schwab, (Dan) really went out of his way to get the car fixed for me preserving me and my family's safety.
Another time my daughter kept having a tire go flat and was stranded a few times, we called them and they worked us right in to get her a new set of tires so that she did not have to keep inflating her tire with her baby in the car and freezing temperatures. Again they were very prompt and went out of their way to make sure she got fixed up within hours of our bringing the car in since we had to wait in the lobby with the baby we really appreciated their promptness.
I am very pleased with the service, and the very friendly staff at the Federal Way Les Schwab and would highly recommend them. I have had very poor service elsewhere and really appreciate how they run their business here!
