Managet name Alicia isn't helpful at all.
I bought a preworkout from the clearance because it was cheaper than others. As soon as I opened it, it was all messed up inside, and I told Alicia that it's bad but she said you cannot return it. It is still good go ahead and take it. When I took it, it tasted like pickles. It's really bad and I couldn't even swallow a sip. I went back to the store and ask them if I can add more money and get something else but they said if you bought it from clearance it's expired and we don't take it back so suck it up butter cup.
Worst store, worst customer service and the worst manager of all GNCs

My favorite store! Every time I go to this location they take great care of me, they are very friendly and super organized and they always have all the supplements I need. Many congratulations to the owner because he has one of the best and most stocked stores.

GNC is trash. This is why I order my products from Amazon. I called two stores in Washington, Federal Way crossings and the Tacoma both companies have their phone shut off 15 minutes prior to closing!!
I needed an item from them for the next day workout. So I went to one of the stores before they closed and they just had a lame excuse...
It would have been nice to talk to them before going IN.... customer service TRASH

GNC is trash. This is why I order my products from Amazon. I called two stores in Washington, Federal Way crossings and the Tacoma both companies have they phone shut off 15 minutes prior to closing!! I bet the owners don't know. Maybe the CEOs know and they don't care cuz they getting everybody's money.

I’ve been buying from GNC for a while and this is my first time experiencing something like this.On regular bases when the clerks ask for my phone number for the point collection that GNC offers, they will respond by saying my name, and/or if I would like to use my points as it will show on their screen. For the first time ever, the clerk tried to pull a quick one by using his/her personal phone number. You may be thinking “how do you know he used their phone number instead of yours?”. Well…. the first time they ringed me out, they didn’t mention anything about the points that I’ve collected over the past couple of months and when I asked them about the name on the account, the computer happened to “reboot itself “.So, the first transaction was canceled, but the second time I was ringed up, I had enough points that I could use on my purchase.Make sure you ask for the name on the account as you potentially be losing on a lot points.The store is clean, and they have a lot of products in stock.
