GNC is trash. This is why I order my products from Amazon. I called two stores in Washington, Federal Way crossings and the Tacoma both companies have they phone shut off 15 minutes prior to closing!! I bet the owners don't know. Maybe the CEOs know and they don't care cuz they getting everybody's money.

Employee followed me through the store and would not leave me alone. He stood 6 feet away and just watched me browse. Literally followed me aisle to aisle.

Matthew was extremely helpful in helping me find products that are suitable for my goals. He was very knowledgeable about the items in the shop and answered every question i came up with. I’ve been buying from GNC for a while and this is my first time experiencing something like this.On regular bases when the clerks ask for my phone number for the point collection that GNC offers, they will respond by saying my name, and/or if I would like to use my points as it will show on their screen. For the first time ever, the clerk tried to pull a quick one by using his/her personal phone number. You may be thinking “how do you know he used their phone number instead of yours?”. Well…. the first time they ringed me out, they didn’t mention anything about the points that I’ve collected over the past couple of months and when I asked them about the name on the account, the computer happened to “reboot itself “.So, the first transaction was canceled, but the second time I was ringed up, I had enough points that I could use on my purchase.Make sure you ask for the name on the account as you potentially be losing on a lot points.The store is clean, and they have a lot of products in stock.

didn't let me get a exchange when my purchase was within 60. says it on the receipt and they didn't stick up too it.

Customer service is very friendly and available to ask questions, discuss products, and give recommendations. I don't go to GNCs often, but I thought it had a pretty wide selection of the brands I was looking for. Lots of energy drinks to choose from as well. This location had a good deal when you spent a certain amount, so the discount was a pleasant surprise.

They're super nice, I like their customer service. I just wish they didn't push their brand so much. Your brand in proteins is the worst flavor I've ever had, straight up cardboard flavored. Please stop pushing your brand without trying it 1st because it's gross. I physically can't finish your raspberry flavored BCAAs... I just can't

This was my first time at this GNC. I had to do a return and found out they had product that I have been searching ALL over Seattle and even parts of California for. The staff is incredible and this store definitely has more product than other GNCs.
