I have gone here twice. Asked for LaYerS....
What I got was a trim of some random hair and sent on my way....with the up selling of products, of course.
For men who use a clipper this place would be fine.
I am having to pay another hairdresser for the cut I wanted.
P.S. I tipped almost 100% 16.00 on a 24.00 haircut so don't at me about their low wages.
My hairdresser was the same one I had 2 years ago.
It was awful.

They got me in quickly, great customer service. I desperately needed even up hair cut after hospital stay.i got wash and cut, so I could go with dry hair. I would recommend anytime!!

Lule has been so wonderful! We came in for a haircut for my two boys, and Lule helped my youngest son. We came back the next day, due to my son not liking the cut from another sylist (* NOT DUE TO STYLIST ERROR, it was just my son not knowing how to explain what he wanted *) and lule once more helped us correct the cut and did an amazing job making sure my son felt heard, and seen. She let him know that it was OK to let the stylists know he didn't like something, and explained gently that it's their job to make their clients happy. I have been coming to this great clips for a while now and have always left feeling welcomed. And now with the correction of the cut, my son can get his confidence back and feel like himself again. THANK YOU TEAM!

The barber I had was very lazy with her cuts. I told her I wanted my hairstyle the same, a comb over, but a bit shorten out of my eyes. She basically cut it the way a 5 year old would cut their bangs without the use of a comb. She then argue that this is what I wanted emphasizing on my request for short hair. I was going to this place for about a year now and this is the worst haircut I got from them. Although most of the staff was professional and liked I most likely won't be going to that location again.

Checked in online. Arrived. I was the only name on the screen and only customer waiting. Had to repeat my name and that I checked in online TWICE. I was asked if I was ready, told stylist I needed to use the restroom. I came out of the restroom and stylist was cutting a new customer's hair. She told me, "Now you wait".
I sent an email to corporate. I received a quick apology and was told the owner of the franchise would be contacting me. A week later, no contact has been made to me.

UPDATE: They have new staff. I have short hair and it's a simple cut every time. The new staff refuse to follow the simple instructions. She tossed the note onto the counter, said "This too much. Just tell me what you want." She was reluctant to cut it the way I wanted. I did not get the cut I wanted. This used to be my 5 star hair salon because they always kept notes on our hair cuts so it was always the same. After 9 yrs of using this place, I have to find a new place to cut my hair.

The haircut was fine the lady that did it did not seem very enthusiastic about me coming in, she had an empty place of business and seemed like I had Interrupted her and got me out of the way as fast as humanly possible.
But still a fair haircut
